If arriving after 18:00 or on a weekend the keys will be at the Tipsy Toad shop, 91 Hammersmith Grove, London, W6 0NQ.

Tipsy Toad is open from 08:00 to 22:00. If arriving outside these hours then Lamington must be informed.

Please note that guests are responsible for keys during their stay, should you be locked out outside of office hours there will be a GBP 50 call-out charge.

There is no lift at the property, however a bag carrying service is provided from Monday to Thursday, 09:30 to 18:00, and Friday, 09:30 to 17:00.
