From start finish 5 star service 
Check in was so sleak , with our room all prepared lovely fresh towels and hot drinks, nice shower with decent body wash.
In the evening we had a great meal , well worth the money , service was really pleasant 
In the morning we had breakfast 
Although busy , they were so efficient, could not do enough, there was so much to have with quality tea and coffee available
For me this is a lovely sized premier inn, which makes it more personable 
Location wise stunning right by London eye 
Westminster 
Or a nice walk down the Thames to the 
Marlborough market and right by the shard
As always there are notable staff who have made our stay so welcome 
Big well done to Mike , he was so attentive 
Then the manager Courtney , always there , how he does breakfast , it’s like everyone hits at the same time 
But the standards were great

We will be back and recommend to our friends

Premier inn 5 star performance

A really lovely hotel stay in central London with our family. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived and the staff bought our tired kids some sweets to make them happy! The room was spacious with extra beds for our family and room underneath for oir luggage. We had superb beds, the mattresses are one of the best things about Premier inn. Fancy bedding does not cut the mustard when compared to an awesome mattress which this hotel has! After 6 weeks of travelling, this was the nicest bed we slept in. 
The breakfasts are plentiful and tasty and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. 
Finally the location is really central and extremely convenient for central London. This will sace you a fortune on tibe fares and travel times. 
Well done everyone we'd love to visit you again!

Best beds in London

Only stayed one night on a business trip and location works well. Décor is a little tired in public areas but the reception staff are helpful and rooms are very much standard Premier Inn. I would use again for Premier Inn consistency of experience.

Well Located but a bit tired in places

Fantastic hotel in a great location. The staff were super friendly; firstly, they arranged for me and my Dad to check in separately and then went above and beyond to reunite me with the Kindle I left behind. 

The room was spotless and extremely comfortable, and I couldn't recommend it any more. The location is not only good for the Tate, Globe, and all the South Bank has to offer but also for surrounding cafes, pubs and supermarkets.G

Great stay and brilliant staff

I have stayed in many premier inn as solo of group with a basic service.
I would really like to say a big thank you to both Chef (Jaffa & Sayd)  for making my stay very pleasant and great service.(Including the food was amazing!I would definitely stay at this location again.

This is the second time we have used this hotel when visiting London. Plus rooms are a good upgrade.
We think it's in a fantastic location on the southbank, close to the underground and good facilities locally. Tesco & Sainsburys on the from door and a fine pub across the street. Lots of good eating places nearby.

A great stay in London

Arrived on a trip for work and wasn't expecting more than a bed and something to eat, but the service from Syed made my stay feel like a leisure visit. Thanks again for all your hard work, this place will be on my list for my next trips to London for sure.

Excellent staff - Syed is the man!

Superb stay, excellent location and most importantly the most fantastic service. 
Not often you experience outstanding customer service and this was down to one stand out member of staff, Syed. 
Would recommend if considering stay in London.

Excellent Service

A really enjoyable stay thank you.  The hotel is clean and well located but for me it was the service that made my stay memorable.

I stay in premier Inns all the the time and I always say that they are "reliable".  However this is the first stay where I have felt that it required a review.  The service from Syed and the team was different level.  

Thanks for your hard work and service.  The best Premier Inn stay I've had.

Excellent service

Really clean, friendly efficient staff, great location behind the Tate Modern, next to a Tesco Express and Sainsburys Express, near cool restaurants and bars. Nothing bad to say.
