Excellence service. Staff really chatty and cared about their guests. Easy to ask advice. Food great. Rooms very clean and comfy.luggage room was handy. Raglan was particularly helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Very close to station

I wish to pass on my thanks and gratitude to all the staff I met and the many behind the scenes who are the unsung heroes of any hotel operation. I  had the privilege of speaking to one of the ladies in the cleaning squad (a very pleasant woman indeed, sorry that I did not get her name , but I thanked her and her colleagues for the high standards that  the rooms were kept in. 'She retorted that I was the first person to mention or compliment her in her time at the lodge.' Having done cleaning jobs myself, I understand this is a hard job with time constraints, often unrealistic, but people soldier through, I feel that their efforts should be trumpeted!'           On the reception was a extremely proficient and professional friendly lady called Andra (who is pregnant), she helped me order a taxi to the the West End as I had fallen asleep and was late for a last minute show, most kind indeed. I was only in The Royal Scot for one night as I had been in another part of the Travelodge Group  at Marylebone for the two previous nights, but I wished to extend my stay, but they were fully booked, so I had to move on. The staff there were of equal high standard and advised me on directions to Hyde Park where I went to explore and further directions to access The Royal Scot, therefor I wish to pass on plaudits to all staff in both establishments for making my short stay in the capital most enjoyable. Excellent Experience

Very friendly staff who go the extra mile. As a solo traveller you want to feel safe and comfortable and meet friendly staff who care about your stay. This Travelodge does that for me. I stay here often.

Hi checked in to the travel lodge London Scott upon arrival we checked in with given our K is the room harden excellence double bed and two singles with a flat screen TV remote control tea and coffee making facilities are great view of the park and we had annexment stay downstairs there was a 24 hour bar and snacks and oh so breakfasters launchers light bites evening meals and light snacks can’t wait to go there again Mr Osman is the perfect host thank you

Had a stay organised for my Xmas present from my husband. The present combined a pre-theater meal, theater tickets and Hotel. Stayed for two nights, conveniently located and value for money. Comfortable, welcoming and value for money.

Hotel, Dinner and a Show

Conveniently located short walk from tube stations. The reception staff, especially Remy, were very friendly and helpful on check-in. Room clean, quiet and well appointed for the relatively affordable rate. You can spend a lot more and get a lot less for your money this centrally in London. Travelodge is a brand you can trust here.

I stayed here for a quick overnight stay in London. The hotel was good value for money. Quick and easy book in and the room was clean and comfortable. It was also surprisingly quiet which was an added bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

I've booked with this Travelodge twice now as I really enjoyed it the first time. Book far enough in advance and you can get a really good price. Both times I had rooms on the 4th floor, both had a bath and were very clean, and were pretty decent sized. Both rooms had lovely views of the kings cross/st pancras area which was an added bonus. Not the most glamorous hotel but a reliable one - yes it's dated but it gives it a bit of charm. Very friendly staff and a very convenient location.
