I will advise when you get in your room to check the equipment first. I was bathing whilst the water was not draining. I could not have a full bath as it would have flooded the bathroom

Excellent hotel near to London Euston train station and tube.  Two lines run from here which you can access a variety of tourist areas.  So convenient quick and easy to use.  Hotel offers good breakfast too catering for all with a variety of options.
Would definitely recommend - made our stay so easy.  Rooms also lovely and comfortable.  Our stay was a 10/10!

Family city break

If you have an early start in the morning Euston Station is just a stones throw away.  There are plenty of restaurants around for food and they hotel also has food available though we didn’t use it.  The room was quiet,  lean and comfortable.

Right on Euston Station

Great friendly service and food from Len & Sam. Lovely warm welcome on arrival into the bar and great customer service. 
Food was lovely and very well priced. 
Restaurant was very clean and well kept. Everything was clearly explained which was very helpful

Very quiet despite being right opposite Euston station. Staff are very friendly and nice. Buffet breakfast is not the best though. 

Comfortable and quiet

Very prompt and easy check in. Barbara and Sam were very friendly and welcoming. Location was ideal as straight over the road from Euston station. Room was ready when we arrived. Everything you needed in the room and iron and hairdryer is available at reception if required.

Excellent service from Barbara who checked Me in quickly. Was really friendly and efficient. Room cosy and I would definitely say go check out the bar. Near to the station which is a big benefit. Staff are very friendly and I'm really impressed with the environment and vibe

Nice staff

This is a good hotel for the price and a great location if you want to be close to the main train stations going north but also need to get closer to central London as needed. It’s quiet, clean and my room plus ensuite had everything I needed Staff are efficient and friendly - special mention to Barbara in the front desk who was particularly helpful when I needed a couple of items and some advice on local amenities. I’d stay again.

Very good, quiet and well located

Great location and very friendly staff, especially Amira.  The rooms are comfortable and roomy, but best of all it is right near the station.  We will stay here again, thanks again for the fantastic stay and looking after our luggage.  All the best.

Great location, great staff.

The hotel is conveniently situated but makes for a noisy stay. We could hear everyone’s conversations outside who were  walking past our 1st floor room. We thought the windows were open but they weren’t. This made the traffic noise unbearable.

There was a lot of noise from other guests coming and going for quite a few hours throughout the night. 

The breakfast was cold but had a good supply. We were greeted at the breakfast room by a less than friendly person who we didn’t see after the one time, but the other staff members were very nice. 

The bed was quite comfortable but the pillows were lumpy, however the room was quite well cleaned and maintained.
