What was good

Situated in the heart of Soho with plenty on the doorstep to suit everyone Comfy bed, although we had a room with no window it didn’t feel oppressive or closed in despite it being small. In fact it was such a cold day we were glad to hole up! It was decorated to a high standard and felt cosy. The bathroom was roomy and modern and most of all had the BEST shower. Couldn’t fault it for cleanliness. Spotlessly clean and stylish. Our welcome was friendly and staff were helpful. We left behind earrings and they located them and wrapped them safely for us. We asked for an extra pillow which was delivered promptly. Staff made us feel valued and took time to talk to us on checking in/out. Our check out was swift and welcomed our feedback. The bar staff were very lovely and welcoming too. It’s a very cosy, funky, friendly place to stay and we ll definitely be back every time we stay in London in future as well as highly recommending it to friends and family.

What was bad

Minor issue. Don’t be pot off by it. The room is actually surprisingly very very quiet. We were on the ground floor right by the bar but couldn’t hear a thing despite it being open and full. What we did hear a lot of the night was the night staffs shoes which seemed to defy the wall insulation with their tapping. I’m partially deaf and I could hear it as it keep waking me. We fed this to staff who welcomed the feedback.
