Booked two rooms for three people early in autumn. They charged me the full amount already before Christmas (which is agreed on the pages).
However, they cancelled our stay early in February and refused to pay back the charged amount, claiming that the booking.com was responsible for it.

Was not able to visit, money taken, no room available

Calm area if it's garden view, I tried 3 rooms 2 of them were very clean and 1 room had an is with hand washer, good housekeeping, good facilities.

No elevator, shortage of man power so house keeper has tighted time follow up with all rooms.

I am surprised this place is still advertised....it is a dirty smelly place...we stayed 15 minutes and moved out to a hotel nearby...
1 star is more than I really wanted to give..

Disgusting place

I stayed in July 2017. Definitely will not stay again. Dodgy wiring and sockets. Dirty and disgusting.  Cannot get hold of anyone. Luckily it was jist for a place to sleep but didn't get much of that due to the most uncomfy bed going on the floor!!!

1 star is too much

Arrived here on Saturday and walked into a damp smelly room, how they dare charge a cleaning fee is beyond me as ours didn’t look like it had been touched in weeks, the bedding was disgusting and covered in stains and marks, I wouldn’t put my dog in it, electric sockets had things pushed in them so you couldn’t use them and they didn’t look safe anyway, window made it look like a prison cell, we left immediately and rang Holland Park to demand a refund, when we eventually got through we were told to ring booking.com and they wud deal with it at the same time we’re on the street trying to find alternative accommodation at 6pm with 2 children, fortunately we managed to get in a premier inn which as always are lovely and I wish I’d booked with them in the first place, also still waiting for the refund from Holland Park, avoid this place at all costs, I wud of rather slept in a tent on the street.

Disgusting

booked for a two night stay with my husband and 3 year old son, lasted all of two hours here before requesting to be moved! Where to start... initially room looked nice, but as you start using things, everything falls off in your hands. Sockets hanging off walls, curtain poles falling down and filthy stained bed sheets, all with a mixture of hair and blood stains. 
It was late when we arrived so we went straight to bed. I woke up at about 2am itching all over my legs, when we put the light on the bed was crawling with bed bugs!! Straight away I called the contact number for the apartment and after many attempts they finally called me back. I explained my situation and with no remorse or care at all they told us to get in a taxi and gave us alternative accomodation (Irwin Aparts), so obviously with no choice at that time in the morning we got a taxi to the apartment, We were greeted and shown to a room which had not been cleaned with dirty pots and pans and again dirty sheets. We managed to sleep for a few hours then decided to book somewhere else completely for the rest of the stay! The only positive here was the location! West field is a lovely area, everything you need near by and easy access to the centre of london! Just please please don't stay here! I didnt expect five star service for what I paid but in all my time travelling I have stayed in hostels better than this! Dirty, run down and potentially unsafe apartments! especially when travelling with children! The staff seem to be out for your money and don't care about your complaints. Very bad service!

Hell Hole! do not stay here!!

Absolutely awful, avoid at all costs! If I could rate it at zero I would have. We booked a double room but it got changed to a twin. The second bed being a pull out mattress on the floor. In order to pull it out we had to move the (broken) plastic table and chairs out of the way as when pulled fully out there was no room to even stand between that and the kitchen cabinets. The sheets were dirty (had hairs on them) and just didn't appear to have been washed. The duvet for the mattress was shoved in a drawer and also appeared dirty and there weren't enough pillows. The carpet was covered in stains, the oven was covered in old food and the crockery was cracked and broken. I called to ask to be moved and was told (after spending 30 minutes trying to get them to pick up the phone) they only had another room in a hotel 3 miles away. I instead chose to book a different hotel and ask for a refund. I was given incorrect information about how to do this and had to ring three times to get the form emailed to me. It's now over a week later and I still haven't had a response, the manager is supposedly not there every time I call and I can't get any direct contact details for him. The worst hotel I have ever booked with the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Avoid at all costs!

I stayed in this place for carnival last year.  It was convenient for carnival and shopping but that was it. On arrival it wasn’t till my daughter spotted the shower had not been wiped down that I decided to pull back the bed sheets.  The mattress sheet had ‘love making’ stains on it 🤢.  Then discovered a half discarded pot noodle in the bin.  I phoned, emailed with no communication at all. I left messages and went out hoping it was sorted in my return.  I had to sleep on top of the duvet on my towel.  I caught a cleaner in the morning and asked if she’d kindly sort it for me. 

On my return to home I emailed again & again with no response.  Then I finally got a refund of 1 nights stay and a free 1 night return.  When I followed it up, again no response.  Communication is so bad and I simply give up but wanted to share my experience to warn others if you’re considering staying here. 

Avoid

I was aware the room would be basic - it was cheap after all. Size per photos. Up 4 flights of stairs. Kettle included, but no mugs. Hangers, but nowhere to hang them. Sheets probably 5+ years old and pretty threadbare (smelled clean but didn't look it with all the old stains). No mattress protector.
And bed bugs. Which ate me alive on the second night after getting just a taster on the first night. Looked like I'd been staying in a jungle and savaged by mozzies. See evidence below of the fat/full bug before I splattered him on the wall.
So I had a shower to get rid of the dirty feeling/itchiness of the bites and the shower is surprisingly hot. No wait, it's actually scalding hot, and there is no way to adjust the temperature because the knob is broken. Emailed management to inform them and ask to change rooms, no response. 
Only positive was location - under 10 minutes walk to Shepherd's Bush. Towels were changed after 2nd night (also v old/worn). Heater and fridge worked.
Luckily I found somewhere else to stay to escape the rest of my booked nights, but there is no way I would recommend this place to anyone.
