It was a great location - so near Hammersmith station. Lovely reception staff. Room was clean and bed plush. Great value for what we paid as well. Thanks!

LUMA was well situated for Hammersmith's amenities and venues, and was fairly easy to find. Check-in and out were both quick and painless.
What was bad
Our room was a dark, cold basement room, with strangely arranged furniture which made it impossible to access the safe, wardrobe, or bedside table without moving a couch. The bathroom was modified for disabled access (which we hadn't requested) and while that itself wasn't a problem, it was dirty and very poorl

Loved the style, trendy but with very good facilities. Plenty of usb points for charging phones. Controllable Air- con, spotlessly clean and very comfortable bed. Great location just a few minutes walk from the tube and eateries in Hammersmith.
What was bad
A little disappointed with the grab and go breakfast. Some real fruit would be good. Only one towel in the shower isn’t quite enough for women with long hair!!

The theme is lovely, really well done. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room extra features were fun, loved the light sensors and quote on the wall.

The breakfast could be better, not much choice. The coffee from the coffee machine wasn’t super good.

Its a very nice hotel located almost in the center of London next to the subway, so you don't need to worry about transport.

Breakfast is very small (croissant, coffee, an apple).
