Fantastic location ( 5 mins from Holborn tube) lovely hotel with very welcoming staff and an excellent concierge, Sebastian. Room clean, nice toiletries and walk in shower. Robes, slippers etc , and fresh milk in the fridge. It is the quietest hotel we have slept in, especially it's central London location. Breakfast choice was very good, but service lacking All the staff seemed miserable. There was a manager present but he seemed to prefer to micro manage the chef rather that see what was lacking in service. ( Big tip- don't make racks of toast in advance and leave to toughen up under the heat lamp- impossible to eat without injury!)
