Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property is only suitable for families. Please note, there is no reception desk at the property and therefore a member of staff will meet guests at the property to hand over the keys and check guests in to the apartment. Please make sure you contact the property prior to your arrival to avoid complications. Guests will be required to send a copy of their identification (passport/ driving licence/ ID) prior to their arrival. Failure to provide this may result in cancellation of the booking without refund. Please note that Urban Chic - Hyde Park cannot accommodate stag, hen and similar parties. Guests found hosting parties and causing disturbance will be asked to leave. All rooms are completely non-smoking. Guests found to be smoking will be fined and may also be charged a fee for damages. Please inform the property in advance if a baby cot is required. Please note that late check-in carries the following extra charges: - From 18:00 to 21:00, GBP 30; - From 21:00 to 00:00, GBP 50; - After 00:00, GBP 80. The lead guest must be aged 25 years or older. Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking is required on arrival for check-in and proof of identification.
