A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, there is no reception desk at the property and therefore a member of staff will meet guests at the property to hand over the keys and check guests in to the apartment. Guests will be required to send a copy of their photo ID prior to their arrival. Please note that this property operates a strict no smoking policy. A penalty fee will be charged to guests who smoke in the property. Please note, there is no lift and all flats are accessible via stairs only.
