Stayed here last weekend for 2 nights. 4 of us 2 couples,from the moment we walked in I was totally blown away by the warm welcome at reception! Rooms were really cosy and there was everything we needed.Ate in restaurant on Friday evening and food was great standard and staff really informative. 
Great relaxed atmosphere.
Every member of staff we encountered in the hotel were amazing and taking an interest in what we were planning to do during our stay in Derry. Can’t wait to go back - felt we had made new friends 
Sharon was like meeting up with a friend I hadn’t seen for a while and was The Icing on the cake.!

Simply the best

We used this Premier inn for its location, and everything was good, apart from the large window in our triple room, being completely sealed, resulting in lack of fresh air, and having to breathe in recycled air, leading to a mainly sleepless night. We also had an issue with breakfast. Ongoing to reception to purchase breakfasts att 1035, we were told breakfast finished at 1030. We had tried (twice) earlier to contact reception to enquire into breakfast timings, but did not get an answer. So we ended up heading home hungry.

Great night sleep! Connor in reception was friendly and helpful! Will be back! Comfy beds, big rooms and convenient to roads, shops and the north west! Could not find the jacuzzi and sauna but will make plans to return soon for sure! Thanks team!

I need to get to my Aunties funeral, I have stayed in Derry many times, love Ireland. It is near to where my Aunties live. Love the location. The staff are loverly. Great place to stay near town. Great breafasts.

Family Funeral

Great hotel. Very easy check in and out process. Clean, comfortable room. Double bed with a bed settee, plenty of space. Good TV and a small tray for tea / coffee. Clean bathroom with decent quality soap and shower gel. I would recommend staying here.

Great hotel

This was a very comfortable hotel and had a great meal deal for dinner and breakfast. The location suited us perfectly. The staff were friendly and helpful and overall we had a great stay. We would recommend it to anyone.

Premier Inn Londonderry

A night away with my 4 kids to relax and enjoy some time together before they went back to school. Also enjoyed going to extreme bounce which was nearby the hotel.  Great for the kids . Family friendly and helpful staff

My son had an early hospital appointment for surgery so instead of an early start on the road from home we booked into premier inn for the night , I would highly recommend 4 minutes from the hospital, food available on site which was great and good value for money. Plenty of car parking available with a fuel station and shop walking distance. Area was quiet , rooms where clean and comfortable and affordable highly recommended 

Great hotel close to hospital

The staff was nice but the room wasn’t that clean and the tv was very small and was a lot of noise but was a nice time with the meal and the breakfast would come bk even if things wasn’t too great I would tell my friends about your hotel too 

Room

Stayed for one night with family while in the North West. Everyone throughly enjoyed the stay and the breakfast where kids eat free was good value my son especially liked the pancakes. One negative would be that the free WiFi was very hit and miss some of our devices just wouldn't connect however it didn't take away from an enjoyable stay. I wouldn't hesitate to book again if staying in the area.
