Lovely welcome from Jimmy on our arrival.  We were 3 couples and each had a lovely room with on suites. The beds comfortable and plenty of hot water. 
There was also a great garden room available to use that had a beautiful view as well as a small kitchen area. 

Lovely comfortable rooms.

The room is very small.  The check in and check out was via a tablet.  They do not provide breakfast.  Our windows would not open and the area was very loud.  Doors slamming and people knocking on doors at all hours.  Bed was comfortable but I was glad we were only there one night.  I would not go back.  

Not a great experience.  

We stayed at this place end of April via Booking.com.  We found out that photos in Trip adviser and Booking.com are different.  Booking.com is likely as it is but not when we stayed so I have to mention for not misunderstanding if one is interesting at this place.  Dining and Living room are none.  B&B is not at all. Kitchen is very small and table set is in poor quality. Owner gave lock numbers to open the main door but wrong info for bedroom. We call but no answer so we tried hard to open til found that it is not as said. In room having iPad that we can connect with owner, we can contact them at anytime. We had problem again in bathroom so send them message, keep waiting no response.  The next morning is still none. They sent us message asking if we want breakfast for 25€ before we arrived. Fortunately we did not as kitchen is so small there is only small one round table and having other guests around with smoking smell not as nice as photo. Just to remind others for being careful.

Be careful for what you have seen!!

I stayed here for a week in October with my sister and was visiting family. On arrival the outside looked nice, however the room was a different matter, the carpet and chair was full of stains, it was a twin room but was very small and no room to swing a cat, the corner of the window was full of cobwebs and dirt, the bedding was marked with what looked like oil, the towels were only changed once, we had to request milk and tea bags twice, there was only six hangers for two people for a week, I have taken photos of the room and have reached out to the owners who are not interested in my complaint and to have paid upfront when booking. The owner refused to accept my complaint as genuine and threatened me with getting me banned from booking. Com. I would definitely not recommend staying here.

Terrible

Overall  disappointed with stay. Did not exude hospitality. The parking area was snug. Difficult access due to the  narrow gate and lane with cars parked opposite entrance. We knew that no food was included in the booking but we were not aware that none was available. due to out of date  NI Covid 19 regulations . Walls were thin and could hear what was going on in other rooms, toilet flush etc.    The ensuite was small and the shower door opened out into the room making the floor wet (a concertina door might be better)and slow running drains. The room was not serviced during our four day stay, there was a accumulation of rubbish (trash) and wet towels were not changed ,heated towel rail not working. We only saw the Host once and he did not enquire if all was well. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Not a fan of keypad entry

Bed and breakfast but no breakfast

I had occasion to stop overnight at this very pleasant B&B last week, returning from a work trip to Donegal.  Access was easy, with door codes being provided via email for the main and bedroom doors, Not as pleasant as the personal experience of meeting a host face-to-face but understandable under current circumstances and undoubtedly safer and very efficient.

Definitely recommended.

Excellent Stopover

We recently spent 3 nights here, and found the following:

Pros:

1. Lovely location with a nice rear view
2. Reasonably-priced
3. Away from busy-ness
4. Comfortable bed
5. Nice to have a large bath and (powerful) shower
6. Furniture fittings look fresh and new
7. A pleasant 'zen' type garden area with cats!!

Cons:

1. The towels are very small. I'm a men's L and couldn't wrap it around me
2. It is unclear where one can park out front: it is a free for all with a possibility of getting trapped, or, trapping someone else
3. Our Double en-suite was actually 2 rooms separated by a corridor through which we felt (though you can't) anyone could walk at any time
4. We had difficulty sleeping due to how hot the room was, with a burning hot radiator next to the headboard and no (working) thermostat I could find
5. No in-room fridge
6. Limited in-room storage
7. In-room coffee 'facilities' limited
8. The WiFi was down 2/3 of our nights
9. Guest in room next door's 'retaliatory' banging when one of us used the bathroom at night

Overall, not a bad experience, just a mixed bag.


A comfortable stay, but a mixed bag nonetheless

We stayed at this BnB and it was great comfy bed and very accommodating with having a baby we was given a cot,the water was hot from the shower and loads of tea n coffee, very nice owner and we would 100%stay again

Great lil Place to stay

Spotlessly clean en-suite room, which was very comfortable and handy for visiting Derry city. Free parking right outside, and lovely quiet area. Breakfast available if required. Would definitely recommend.

Clean, comfortable and handy

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find our room so big and clean and inviting. It was a short taxi ride to city centre and it had parking facilities.  The beds were big and comfortable with plenty of pillows and cushions and most of all they were spotless. The rooms were warm and the bathroom had a great shower and was also clean. All in all its a great place and we would stay there again and would highly recommend it.
