Great, friendly staff who were quick to offer help and advice. Good nights sleep.
Bath is quite high and very slippery when taking a shower and the toilet is really low down. But overall, a great stay.

Great comfortable bed

I have always use Heaton Park Premier Inn When i go up and see my dad, its so close to where he lives. The staff are approachable, very friendly and are happy to help you at all times. I have stayed here many times on my own, felt very safe being  a women on my own too. Rooms are clean the hotel is very clean, value for money.

Great place to stay

Mary was on reception and was a great help, she helped us find a takeaway when our order never turned up and even made the order for us! Such an amazing and friendly woman, she really saved our day. I would 100% come here again for the great stay and 10/10 service. 😊

Fantastic staff!

A warm welcome when we arrived, clean lifts available to the higher floors. Very comfortable and extremely clean room awaited us with all modern facilities.
Only niggle about the room was there was no drawer space available for underwear etc.
All in all  it was a marvellous stay, would most definitely stay again!



Perfect base for our Christmas stay!

Not sure why ive not had a response..so firstly my son and i have stayed at this hotel several times for the football, this time was not good,ordered a starter which not available but we were not told before we ordered it..secondly we both ordered steaks medium rare but one turned up medium, not offerd any sauces with our dinner,had to sit and wait for someone to come by ,then we were in room 106,trying to get to sleep was hard as the room above someone was constantly walking up and down, eventually went to sleep only to be woken up by the same walking up and down far earlier than i wanted to!!!!!..we mentioned this to a lovely lady called Lisa on reception who made a manual note..

Worst stay ive had at this hotel after using it many times

great stay as always ,great staff great rooms very comfortable great restaurant next door what more could anyone want ,great  selection of breakfast options ,great lunch and evening meal  possibilities ,endless coffee and tea

Excellent stay

The hotel is convenient, it is quiet and very clean. The rooms are a good size and the service was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the overall stay was good vaue for the money

Good value

With Premier Inn you know what you are going to get. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and the pub next door was nice. There is a Sainsbury’s supermarket about half a mile away too if you need anything.

Good hotel

Everything as it should be. Lovely Irish lady on the reception was really helpful. 
However, our room (210) corridor reeked of weed all night. Everytime we opened the door it took our breath away. Considering there was a no smoking policy, I'm surprised this was allowed. A member of staff walked past at one point and didn't seem to notice. It was really strong. Not Premier Inns fault but I hope they picked up on it.
