Me and hubby came to stay here for a little visit to Manchester (yes out of towners) we had a big night planned and in all honesty wasn’t expecting much from the hotel. We literally planned on meeting friends for drinks and probably having a late one.

Anyways, during our stay I thought it was worth mention one of the staff who we bumped into. We needed some extra coffees, sugar and milk (especially day after) and we bumped into Kristy in the corridors, she was more than happy to give us some coffee and did it with a smile, it was refreshing and certainly my mood for the day. 

So thank you and keep up the good work.

Hungover but worth it

Pleasant and helpful greeting on arrival. We booked breakfast for the following morning but due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to contact reception to cancel the breakfast. The receptionist was very helpful in response and as we left, the manager was already aware and kindly offered to get the breakfast charges refunded. That was a nice touch! The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable and nice and quiet. We will visit again a we have relatives and friends in the area. Thank you.

Lovely get away to meet up with friends. 

Rooms are perfect everything you need, you can even get a iron and ironing board.

Staff who work here make this place honestly so friendly day and night well done to all.

Great place for any occasion.

If you’re disabled and you’ve not got COPD or emphysema before visiting - you will after your stay. 
The room absolutely stunk of cigarettes - the team room is next door so I think the staff go “out back” to smoke forgetting the smell comes into the rooms and impregnate the fabrics!

Reason 1 of staying here -  we had chosen this for the EV charger which apparently you can’t use overnight. VERY helpful I’ve you’ve just driven 300 miles and need to do the same the next day. Not. The staff didn’t know anything about it saying it’s not their machine - mm yes but surely this is something you will be asked?

Reason 2 - I’m a premier inn fan. I love the beds and refused to stay locally in other competitors because of this. We got put in a disabled room and I’m telling you now- that is not a premier inn mattress. It was like sleeping on the floor on cardboard box with a piece of toast as a pillow - apparently being disabled doesn’t get you equality ? But does get poor standards (I guess they may not know otherwise right??) 

I wish we’d have slept in the car in all honesty £120 for 6 hours where it wasn’t comfortable and we couldn’t charge our car anyway. Poor show - my first ever premier inn failure!

The last resort

We booked several rooms as we were in the area for a wedding.
I have stayed in several Premiers before as they all reach a good standard and we know what to expect.
However, we did not expect this to be such a lovely stay. Nothing was too much trouble and every single one of the staff was super friendly and so good at what they do!
By far the best Premier I’ve been to!
Huge thanks to all of the staff there this past weekend - hope the management recognise just how good this place is!

Best Premier Inn !

Comfy bed quiet room, friendly staff, breakfast was ok. WiFi a little slow but does what it says on the tin. Was in annex building. Family room was massive. KFC behind too. Rosa was nice on reception thanks 

Nice hotel

We were greeted by Charlie who was just a delight he looked after us from start to finish offering advice about the menu and when my sister wanted to swap part of her order Charlie whisked off to the kitchen to see if it was possible.
We all agreed that Charlie was wonderful  and after him getting us to download the loyalty app and receiving a fab discount we will defiantly be back

I had a very comfortable stay, the staff were excellent, especially the receptionist who greeted us with a smile and was so helpful.
The Premier inn was very clean and comfortable as usual with free parking 

Lovely staff

I generally choose this Premier Inn when in Manchester, however you cannot expect paying guests to put up with 35 degree room temperatures. Invest in some AC please or I would advise people to stay elsewhere. 

Unbearable without AC

Here for pride weekend, so much cheaper than central Manchester with free parking too. Weather let it down but that’s up North for you. read complaints about air con. But it is on the website anyway and didn’t bother me. Perfect for a quick stop off. Breakfast was tasty and plenty to start the day. 
Nice friendly team. Easy to communicate with.
