The hotel is in an ideal location. It's central to to all hotspots, only minutes walking distance to Manchester Arena, Arndale Centre and local shops. The hotel is also very clean and staff extremely helpful. The breakfast here was excellent. Already lots of choice readily available but anything else requested the staff/chef were more than willing to prepare it for you. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Central and nice location across from Piccadilly gardens. Good sound proofing. Car park available. Breakfast good choice and nice atmosphere. Near to where I wanted to be Bridgewater Hall walking distance so was what I had been looking for.
What was bad
Outside window glass of bedroom broken did not appear recent. Bath first impression was dirty but on looking was where rubber mat usually sis had caused yellowing was off putting thinking the bath dirty.
