I can’t think of one positive from this apartment- there is only one employee working here, who is extremely rude and unhelpful, clearly can’t do his job properly. 
From buzzing us in, he was rude from the start. 
When we got in, he told us to be quiet as he is busy. 
He gave us the keys to the apartment but was extremely rude whilst talking to us. 
When we got into the apartment, a horrid smell hit us right away. 
From the first few moments in the apartment we realised that this isn’t what we’d paid for. 
Wallpaper peeling, cupboards falling off, filthy floors, broken beds, urine covered bathroom. 
The apartment had clearly not been cleansed in months- the state of the place was completely unhygienic and not eligible to be on any sites! 
This place was disgusting and along with the virus, it shouldn’t be uploaded anywhere. Clearly no checks on the place as if it had, it wouldn’t be open. 
On top of all of this, we had a TV that didn’t work. 
Vile place, avoid. I think i’d rather sleep on the streets!

Worst place I’ve ever stayed at.

I like this hotel, it makes feel at home, and you can relax very nice here, but when I stay here 3 times now for work, I see prostitute work, and one ask me if I was her client, I said no, but she offer me her number.  I mean she was very nice and polite and english, at time I was like No I am ok, but now I think and not acceptable in a nice hotel. 

The apartments is good and always clean, there is no problem with this. I would stay again maybe because I do like this place very good.

Very Nice hotel but prostitutes

Upon arrival at the apartment, the first thing we were offered was cocaine from the lovely fella at the door. I had to turn him down as I needed to save my money for the £250 deposit I was about to be asked to pay. After getting the keys to our 14 person booking, we quickly discovered they had provided us with three single beds, three double beds, and a couple of broken sofas. However, it didn't matter that half of us had no where to actually sleep since none of us would be sleeping anyway. The noise from the street outside and the other apartments in the building kept us awake till about 4am. Sirens, chanting, fighting, and the screams of Manchester's finest surrounded us on all sides.

We had to be up pretty early so we set our alarms for 8am and hoped four hours sleep would be enough. Unfortunately, we had to make do with two hours as at 6am four gentlemen burst into the apartment, armed with knives and an iron from a neighbouring apartment, looking to, "F**k up" the 50 people in balaclavas that were apparently chasing after them, or waiting downstairs for them, or something. I'm not really sure what their plan was.

In all seriousness though, everything I've just said is true, and it was truly the worst place I've ever stayed. It was utterly disgusting, almost everything was broken, and we could have (and should have) spent a little less money to stay at a budget hotel. Or just took our chances on the street. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. After reading a couple more reviews on here, I'm doubtful I'll see my deposit again either.

The worst stay of my life

Usually go to see my daughter who is at Uni in Manchester every 12 weeks or so in between her coming home. Have previously stayed in hotels but thought an aparment would be a bit more homely and in that respect it was. However, apartment has definitely seen better days. Seemed almost like well used student accommodation.  Stained furniture and rugs. Window blinds dirty and bathroom window blind full of mould. Bedroom door wouldnt shut, seemed out of line.  Warbdrobe in one bedroom unusable as chest of drawers in front of it, drawers in said chest wouldnt stay closed so just stayed open. Bed in my room very uncomfortable as springs in mattress could be felt.  All these things could be corrected without too much outlay, just a little bit of thought. Seems in need of refubishment. Such a shame as staff were polite and helpful, could be so much better.

Seen better days

Good area to be in. Not far from central. Trams and free buses around town run frequently. Appt was Clean. Everything there. Just needed a teatowel, but have a dishwasher. Only down fall is a little noisy at night. But lots of walking in the day and a few drinks in the evening and it's bearable.

We paid £270 for a night here and was expecting something special....... how wrong we were !

This is more like worn out student accommodation and defo not worth the money even though we booked months in advance too.

Rooms are disgusting 

Stayed here with my husband after a concert, very big apartment, clean an lovely just loud it is next to busy road an a busy street so maybe try ear plugs, of a weekend large groups stay alot of noise as they come in.

For younger groups

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The check in was easy and reception staff very friendly. A few things need to be remembered when booking here, it is a great location in the centre of the city and nightlife, with that come noise from outside of traffic, music and people. The price paid for an apartment in the centre is cheaper than other as they are not luxury apartment and not advertised as such. Our apartment was very clean and facilities as described. Towels, toiletries and tea/coffee provided. Beds were comfortable and extra pillows/sheets available in the apartment. There are parts of the apartment that could do with a higher standard of repair/maintenance as they appear to have been fixed quickly and cheaply but have no impact on the stay or cleanliness of the place. I think some of these reviews are from people expecting 5* luxury and excellent location for low prices. Have stayed before and would happily stay again.

As expected for price and location, very friendly staff

Avoid this place at all costs. Extremely run down and should be shut down in my opinion. The en-suite bathroom should have been condemned given the smell of damp and sewage. If you could bare the smell of the bathroom long enough to have a shower you would be even more appalled at the state of the shower tray, shower head and curtain. Other items within the apartment were also broken, damaged and dirty. There is also no chance of sleeping while you stay due to the pubs and gentlemen’s club adjacent to the apartment. Noise of music, shouting, taxi horns and police sirens dealing with fighting rite outside the apartments on both nights rite though till 7am.You would have had more chance of a sleep in a war zone.

Nightmare

Stayed here on 14th of June for a hen weekend with 12 other ladies. As soon as we checked in (which I did alone) I was told that there were only 2 rooms available for our group when I'd received an email only a week before confirming a mix up and that we actually had 3 apartments booked. The gentleman at reception kindly got the manager to try and resolve the situation but he was immediately very rude to me and did not like the fact that I questioned him on our booking. Put a dampner on my weekend right away! Apart from that the rooms are dated and in need of some TLC. Especially the en-suite bathrooms. Would love to visit Manchester again but definitely wont be using citystop for my accommodation.
