Perfect place for friends to get together with everything you need and other things which make it extra special (hot tub, pool, ping pong and pool table). Being an ex-hotel gives it a unique feel. Owner Phil saved the weekend by lending a screwdriver after we had a problem with our sound equipment and couldn't have been more accommodating. We were a group of friends in our 30s/40s and certainly  made plenty of noise but as long as you are respectful and look after the place you will be welcome here.

Special place welcoming to groups of friends who want to let their hair down

It's the most amazing place for a family holiday. 17 of us descended  to rose hill manor from Canada, Singapore, malaysia,  East Midlands and  London everyone agreed  that this place has everything.  The owners Phil n Jane were helpful, accommodating, lovely and kind. 
All 8 rooms were en suite, a full kitchen,  a foosball, table tennis table and a pool table.  Most importantly a warm swimming pool with created waves to swim against. In UK so far, it's the only pool where you do not need to acclimatise to the temperature since it is really warm.  Also outside a jacuzzi. 

We spent 8 great nights in Rosehill manor. The best holiday place in UK  by far. 
It's worth every penny and everyone had a great time


Shropshire heaven

Overall Rosehill Manor is an amazing place; the downstairs space is fantastic with so much to do and it caters for all ages, so ideal for a multi-generational family holiday - the hot tub, garden, table tennis/table football, pool table etc are all brilliant and everyone had a lot of fun. The catering kitchen and bar were greatly enjoyed too. The owners are incredibly welcoming and friendly - on hand and available if needed but discreet and gave us space to enjoy our holiday. 

I've given 4 stars instead of 5 as much of the decor is beginning to show its age (carpets in the bathroom are not really the done thing anymore) and some features could do with a bit better care. If you're going to put a piano in a house please look after it and get it tuned at least once a year....people might laugh at that but there are people who would like to play while on holiday and for the price of this accomodation, £100 every now and then to maintain it would not go amiss. 

The location, though it's on a main road, is really good - there are plenty of amenities close by and some nice days out in the area. To be honest you'll probably want to spend all your time in the house anyway as there's so much to do!

Brilliant for family gatherings

This delightful place kept our family of 6 happy and entertained for a whole week. With the indoor pool and outdoor hot tub and a games room with pool table and ping pong, this place really does have it all. But if you fancy an adventure, literally 30 minutes in any direction will land you something to do. Wether its hiking, sightseeing, country drives or even a zoo or petting farm.. this area is beautiful and we are so glad we stayed here.

The owners are friendly and helpful and most importantly GHOSTS, unless you need them.

The full size commercial kitchen and bar meant that it was easy for us to stock up with supplies and left plenty of space to prepare food and cook meals.

But rest assured, there are so many nice pubs and restaurants out there with short drives away if you don't fancy cooking.

We will definalty be returning.

Our Family Staycation

Must point out that Rosehill Manor is no longer a hotel as such but all the facilities of a small hotel are still there. Rosehill is now hired out as a whole house for up to 20 people with 8 en-suite rooms. In a addition there is a full hotel kitchen, fantastic square dining table for 20 people, pool table, swimming pool, hot tub, table tennis, lovely garden and play area. The original hotel bar complete with coolers and wine fridge is a great asset and looks great when stocked with your own booze! There are 2 wood burners and several places to relax or watch TV. Overall we had a great time and can really recommend this location for your next party.

Great family weekend

A group of 20 arrived at the Manor for a hen weekend looking for privacy and comfort. We got both. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and gardens with no disturbances. The owners were great and the manor is spacious and clean with all facilities provided. 

Why a four? Unfortunately, the light was not working in the bathroom and as there was no window there, it left my room partner and I in the dark using other peoples bathroom until it was fixed. As a plus, the owner did place a lamp in the bathroom as soon as he was notified but it would have been nice to have it in working order when we arrived. 

Overall, it was a lovely place to spend a hen weekend. I would highly recommend it to others and would definitely book again.   

Perfect Getaway 

A group of 20 of us stayed here for a hen weekend. We had a great time.  The hot tub and indoor swimming pool were the biggest attractions. We enjoyed spending time in the spacious garden playing games. The tumble dryer, microwave, Bluetooth speaker and smart tv were useful. Phil and Jane were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for a large group. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that some of the decor could do with being updated, other than that it was clean and comfortable and I’d stay here again.

Fab Hen Weekend

Rosehill Manor fulfilled all our needs for a weekend away with our group of 20! The owners were very accommodating and they provided everything we needed. We were given all the privacy we requested and they were very respectful. Complete with a large garden area, trampoline, endless swimming pool, hot tub, large kitchen area with all utensils and crockery included, ample living room space and comfortable bedrooms; this hotel delivers in all areas! Would definitely book again.

Weekend Getaway!

Spent three days at the manor with 19 others for a hen weekend.  Had one of the best weekends ever. Manor is very clean and spacious and catered for all our requirements. Swimming pool,  hot tub, spacious bedrooms with en suites in all,   kitchen facilities, games, lovely garden etc 
The owners were very friendly and helpful and made our stay a very memorable and comfortable one. Would highly recommend this place.

Amazing weekend

We had an amazing time staying at Rosehill manor. The house is beautiful and well maintained. The garden is spacious and well looked after. There’s a nice secluded area with the hot tub and an indoor swimming pool, which was a lot of fun. 
The owners live in an adjoining annex, which is helpful if there’s any problems. They check the chemical levels in the hot tub daily but are very unobtrusive. We didn’t even realise when they came in and out. 
From the initial booking to our stay, the owners were very helpful and provided as much information as possible via email. I would definitely recommend Rosehill and would book again.
