Often travel with my partner on a business trips and have not always had the best experience with Premier Inn, but the Market Harborough hotel proved to be the exception to the rule.  Everyone was friendly, helpful and cheerful.   Food was very good and it was a surprise to find we had waitress service for our cooked breakfast! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Market Harborough Premier Inn Breaks the Mould!

We knew what to expect with a stay at a Premier Inn, but all the staff were so friendly and made our trip much more enjoyable. Any 'upselling' (e.g. sides, dessert) was done subtly and appropriately. We were made to feel really welcome. The room was clean and we slept very well. Highly recommended!

Service with a smile

The staff at the hotel and restaurant were very welcoming and pleasant, especially Kerry in the restaurant when we had breakfast. Facilities were excellent and breakfast was brilliant, a wide variety of options for both children and adults. Would highly recommend staying at this Premier Inn. 

Excellent stay

Apart from the normal expected comfort and service from a Premier Inn, this one stood out a country mile. The restaurant manager and her team were simply the best. Superb service but with a fabulous sense of humour and just fun to be around. Took it from a great 4 to a superb 5. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much guys. 

Exceptional Service

After visiting friends in the Area, we decided to book into the Premier Inn on Friday night rather than drive home.  

Last year I stayed at the Oadby PI and was really impressed with the service from Bev on reception, I was delighted to come down for breakfast on Saturday morning to be greeted with the lovely Bev again at the Market Harborough PI. Her smile and friendliness light up the Reception!! Oadby’s Loss - Market Harborough’s Gain!

Lovely stay again, bed comfortable, friendly staff…. Exactly as advertised.

Lovely Stay - as always!

Have to say this was the best experience I’ve had staying in hotels. We had a problem with a room mixup, which was our fault, but Bev managed to sort it out for us. She really went above and beyond. Thank you Bev for everything. 

Every hotel needs a Bev

On arrival on friday 8th September we were greeted by a very cheerful lady her name is Bev. She was incredibly helpful with all of our needs, very informative, gave us all the information we needed for the restaurant and even booked us a table for evening meal and breakfast. The hotel itself is very clean tidy and in an ideal place for visiting the little town. I would really recommend staying here.
I believe what made our rubbish day better was seeing Bev with her cheerful and bubbly attitude and I would say she is a credit and asset to your company. I look forward to booking again and returning for a longer weekend stay.

Fabulous stay

We stayed only 1 night after a family funeral in Northamptonshire and on our way to a short break in Norfolk.  We chose Market Harborough as much on cost as location.  We were not disappointed.  Facilities were to the usual Premier Inn standard, clean, comfortable and reliable, but the friendliness and courtesy of all the staff was exceptional.  Bearing in mind our funeral experience from earlier in the day, this atmosphere was most welcome.  The meal deal for dinner and breakfast was a financial bonus too.  Our dinner and breakfast were well cooked, tasty and served with courtesy and friendliness.  Thank you to all at Premier Inn Market Harborough.

Courteous and friendly

We stayed at this premier inn for 2 nights it was very clean the staff were friendly and helpful there is a large car park with free parking and a nice restaurant next door with good food at good prices we will be going back as it’s in a great location just outside market Harborough 

Premier inn market Harborough 

Great stay here, clean, comfortable and quiet room, really friendly lovely staff, great breakfast! Great road links, so easy to get too. We were visiting a local shooting ground and will definitely use this hotel again.
