Stayed at Glebe Farm 'Apartments' many times over the years but unfortunately we won't be back, prices hiked up massively, simply not worth the asking price anymore. 

Grubby and uncared for to say the least, disgusting, filthy, frying pan, cutlery with food still on them, chipped cups & plates, previous occupants toothpaste all over bathroom cabinet, pubic hair shavings on top of shower unit, shower screen not been cleaned since the day it was installed as it was thick in limescale, one towel each for a week's stay, no hand towel, dead flies all over, cobwebs galore, bedside shelf hanging off the wall and not even a lampshade on either of the two wall lights.

Outdoor communal BBQ facilities completely useless, BBQ itself full of old burnt out charcoal, grill covered in burnt on food, leaves all over the place, two broken plastic chairs to sit on, picnic table and bench on the verge of collapse.

Communal kitchen is now permanently closed, nowhere to do any washing, dry clothes, or do any cooking. The only cooking facilities are a combi-microwave which we never even contemplated using as upon opening the door it reeked of curry and the glass turntable plate was covered in food from previous occupants.

Also in our seven night stay, not even a courteously greeting, acknowledgement, or "thank you for your custom" from the owners!!

Now, more like tradesman's digs rather than holiday apartments, in fact during our seven night stay, we were the only 'holiday makers' in existence....a constant stream of contractors staying for one & two nights, arriving late at night and vacating early in a morning !!!

Good hard-earned money thrown away, as at the top of my review, needless to say we definitely WILL NOT be back, endless alternative accommodation in the area which is 'clean' and far, far greater value for money than here!!!

Used to be excellent value for money, now sadly overpriced and grubby!

Glebe Farm is in a remote location with lovely countryside views. We stayed for four nights in Apartment 3. It was very clean and well-equipped, and bedding and towels were provided. The apartment has a sofa, a table and four chairs, and a kitchen area with a hob and combi microwave-grill but no oven. The bathroom is modern with a powerful shower in a huge shower cubicle. There is ample parking next to the apartments and plenty of space for a picnic or walk around the lake. There is no food available onsite, but nearby Wragby has several takeaways, pubs and and a large Co-op. Glebe Farm is COVID-secure - hand sanitiser is provided in each apartment and the communal kitchen was closed. We really enjoyed our stay at Glebe Farm and hope to return one day.

Booked couple of nights so we could visit Lincoln etc.

We have stayed before as they are dog friendly and space to walk our labrador

Apartment has everything you need for self catering and lovely and warm when you get there

The owners are so friendly and always there to help. Beautiful apartments and lovely surroundings. If you are looking for a few nights away for a peaceful time at a excellent rate then this is definitely the place for you. 
Great facilities at a great price, couldn’t ask for more than that.

Great week spent!

I booked this as a last minute break for myself and three children with the view of myself and daughter in one bed and my boys on the advertised sofa bed. I am very glad that we’re only staying the one night as although this apartment was advertised as suitable for 4 (two adults/two children) it really is not. As can be seen by the pictures, space is cramped and with the sofa pulled out (which myself and daughter had to work out by ourselves as it hadn’t been done for us), the access to the bedroom is severely impaired. Luckily the weather was good enough for us to eat outside on the picnic benches as there is nowhere to eat inside - well there is a pullout kitchen table with chairs hidden underneath but no space to put it up in, or the sofa and a coffee table which wouldn’t seat 4. This really is only suitable for a couple.
The setting is beautiful with picnic benches overlooking the fields, a fishing pond and fields of horses. It’s such a shame so many other things let this place down. Apart from being cramped for us, the accommodation is very drab and dated but worse than that is the cleanliness (see pictures). Crumbs in the microwave, cobwebs in corners, a vile bathroom cabinet, dodgy tiling around the shower and the quilts and covers feel extremely old and are a yucky shade of ‘was once white’. There is a skylight right over the sofa bed with no blind so my boys won’t settle tonight as it is too light and I’m sure they’ll be up with the sunrise too. The skylight is also full of cobwebs.
In the bedroom is a window which opens into the side of a barn. In this heat we cannot open it to let air in as the smell is quite strong and so our room is very hot and stuffy.
My final gripe is that anyone staying here knows my full name due to it being written on a board on the door. There was nowhere to check in, you just wander till you find your name and the key is in the door - I’m really not keen on that system.
As I’ve said, it’s a shame there’s so many faults as with this setting, with a good clean and a little updating these apartments could be classed as luxury. 

Apartment 3 Not suitable for 4 people & needs a good clean

Went racing at market rasen and stopped one night at glebe farm appts. Very friendly owner and the apartment was clean and cosy. All amenities was there and wouldn't hesitate to stop again. Overlooking fishing lake, barbeque on site and free wi fi TV in room and good shower
Parking outside appt couldn't ask for more

Picturesque place

Stayed here for 1 night, the place was self catering and so has kitchen area. Wi-fi, ensuite bathroom etc, double bed and pull out sofa so sleeps 4.
They also take pets!

Prices are extremely reasonable as well
