Reception staff where friendly and helpful. Room lovely, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and I would definitely come again

I do love a premier inn hotel comfy beds clean rooms and amazing staff, was lovely seeing Jade’s friendly face on my stay at furzton always a pleasure to see her always smiling and willing to help, lovely lake to walk round right in the door step

Family break - we had a fantastic stay here with the family. 
Great location, beautiful view from the room of the lake. 
From the welcome to the goodbye everything was outstanding.

Family break

On arrival, early evening, all beds were not made up so we were invited to go for a walk in the cold for 20 minutes after a few hundred miles of driving whilst the bed was made up.
The room was thick dust and had black mould on the net curtains and bathroom ceiling.
The window opened 4 inches max.  We turned off the heating for the duration of the stay.  I didn't sleep at all the first night due to the temperature.  I slept on top of the covers as did my kids.
The bathroom fan was pointless and with little ventilation the bathroom started growing within 2 days.
On the second day after our arrival I asked for the room to be cleaned.  We had not had any clean towels, cups or glasses and had not had bins emptied during this time.  We returned to the hotel after being in London from 8am til 8pm to find the room hadn't been touched.  I was given some towels and they collected the dirty towels.
The next day I again asked for the room to be cleaned.  We went pit all day and returned to an untouched room yet again.  I told reception, they apologised and gave me towels.  The bins were overflowing so my Son took the full ones to reception and asked for bin bags. 
Day 4 I asked again for the room to be cleaned.  We still had the same dirty cups etc from the day we arrived.  The lady on reception apologised and promised to clean the room herself whilst we were out and she did an excellent job and I did not get to thank her for making up for her pathetic colleagues.  We left the next morning and the staff member at reception did not even ask how our stay was he just said to leave the key card on the counter.  Won't be using premier inn again after many a happy stay with them.  The problems at Furzton regarding temperature are known about and ignored.    I rarely complain to business about anything as there is little point as they usually have a good idea of their problems already and set their own standards.  If I don't like something enough, I vote with my feet and my money.  Premier Inn just lost my business for good.

Sweatbox with mould that don't empty bins or provide clean cups in 4 days even when a room clean is requested..

The hotel was clean  good parking facilities, spacious rooms, modern bathroom and all staff were friendly. 
Breakfast was amazing thanks to Sue & Karen. I have Coeliac disease so they cooked and served mine separately which was very reassuring. Both ladies were constantly topping up the food, making sure all tables were clean, and were both helpful and friendly.

3rd time that we stayed at this premier inn . It is in a quiet area of the city and the lake next door gives it a very relaxing atmosphere. Arrived early and requested if our room was ready ( willing to pay the £10 ) and was told a bit bluntly that no it’s not ready. So went for a drink next door and in to town. No issues checking inn. Staff freely enough. The hotel had everything we needed although the room only had a shower and no bathe. Place is starting to look tired we noticed this last year but it is getting worse . They have now converted 2 rooms on the low level to a breakfast room previously you went to the bar next door that had a lot more space. Felt the room as cramped. Again staff where polite and helpful. Overall what you would expect from a premier inn

What we extend if not a little tiered looking

We were spending a couple of days in the area and chose this hotel for our overnight stay. A pleasant location by the lake and the view from our ground floor window was a pretty one with a small pond with fountain looking across to the restaurant. The room was Premier Inn standard with comfy bed and friendly staff too. Great visit

 Hayley and Sandra with other members of the reception team provided a warm welcome as did every member of the hotel staff that I came in contact with such as Tiff and the breakfast ladies Karen and Jen who served a delicious breakfast and had a smile each morning.  The hotel was clean and comfortable and as always a pleasure to stay there.

Always a pleasant stay and the beauty of the lake sets the scene

We have stayed here several times and the room and food were very good but unfortunately our stay on Sunday 1st October was very disappointing. The duvet cover had about 12 spots of dry blood and some nail polish on it.
The flat sheet had a hole the size of 50p.  Also 3 pubic hairs in the bed. We asked for the duvet cover to be changed, which it was, but it was too late in the evening to go back again and ask them to change the sheet.  We were only provided with two very flat pillows and again had to go back to reception to ask for two more which would normally be in the room.
The breakfast was not very warm and we had to ask for it to be warmed in the microwave.
The morning receptionist was very pleasant and apologised a few times. She very kindly refunded the cost of our breakfast. 
She suggested we call Premier Inn head office to chat through the areas we were disappointed with and they gave us a refund of £20!!!!
Not the normal standard for this hotel so we will treat it as being a one off and will give them the opportunity to provide the advertised experience  of a Premier Inn overnight stay. 
We do have photographic evidence of the issues stated.



Not the usual standard of Premier Inn experience

We recently stayed at this Premier Inn as we were attending the Bletchley Park 1940s weekend. We found the rooms clean, well appointed and the breakfast food was especially good. We would like to give 'Tiff' on reception a special mention. Tiff was like a breath of fresh air in the morning, super happy and keen to make sure that everything was running smoothly. Tiff made our stay even more enjoyable and deserves to be recognised for their efforts and 'going the extra mile' every morning. It really made a difference to our experience at this Premier Inn - thank you.
