Booked on hotels.com advertised as an apartment with own bathroom and it doesn't. On here it says shared bathroom. Stayed for a few hours. But left and checked into hotel. As 'apartment' isn't as advertised. Not very secure. Back door in kitchen doesn't look or feel secure. Non refundable I'm looking for a refund as not as advertised. If i had known I never would have booked. False advertising. Out of pocket now for the weekend seeing my friends. 

Awful not as advertised

Would stay again will recommend to anyone travelling on a budget, was adequate for our needs.  room was nice and bed was comfortable,TV and wifi, shared kitchen if you want to  make use or  close to bars and restaurants and shops very convenient. Everything in walking distance or very cheap cab costs easy location to get around, perfect base close for theatre cinema and sno zone.

Basic and comfortable as expected for the price

Have stayed here with friends and alone several times over the past 7 months and always found it super-convenient, comfortable and pretty good value for the great location. Staff are efficient and helpful as possible. Gets busy with a little noise on weekends, but expected in such a central spot. Lots of quality food and shopping options nearby.  No complaints at all really - will be staying again

Clean, straight-forward accommodation in great location

Stayed here for business. It's a room in a shared house - I was lucky enough to have an ensuite but most weren't. It's decorated to a basic standard, and feels a bit like my student digs in the 90s (without the posters). The lock on the front door stuck so I was stuck on the way out. It's not in the greatest of areas. It was described as bed and breakfast style but I'd say that's a stretch. Also, parking was a bit of an issue. Not great, in all.

Ok, but not what I expected

A word of warning, don't ever stay here. The place is an absolute dump, I stayed in room 2 (for all of 1 hour before leaving).
The room stank of cats urine, there were stains all over the carpets, the wardrobe was unsafe, the walls had holes in, the lock on the door was poor, there were people in the garden smoking drugs.... Must I go on!

Dump !!

We booked in January 2015 for one night on this 1st October 2015. We took it very much in advance because we were there for the Rugby World Cup. Two weeks before we left I got a call, the person speaks extremely fast and with a strong accent, so I asked him to speak less quickly or pass me someone who speaks French. His boss was supposed to call me back but never did. Every time I tried to call, the said boss was absent or on a lunch break.
