Stayed for 3 nights whilst working for a client in Milton Keynes. Really impressed with the apartment. Wifi, shower/bath, full kitchen, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. Balcony. Comfortable bed. Germaine was lovely. Would reccomend.

Great little apartment

I stayed here for work, the booking email tells you to phone them to organise key collection. The lady I spoke to was really nice and friendly and very helpful and I arranged for a 16:30 appointment to pick the keys up at the Vizion Concierge located in the middle of the apartment blocks.

When I arrived there on time I went and spoke to the guy on the desk in the Concierge to say I had arrived for the keys expecting him to say take a seat etc. they'll be right with you. 

NO!! He was unfriendly, unwelcoming and rude! It was apparent he didn't want to be there, he was sat back in the chair with a cant be bothered attitude, cigarette packet on show mobile phone in hand and headphones in and the place stunk of cheap aftershave. He basically didn't have a clue there was no communication and basically told me to go up the street to another building.

After ringing back, and speaking to the nice lady she told me the representative would be along very soon and  that I was in the right place. The lady with the keys didn't turn up until 16:50, her excuse was she was covering for someone and had gone to see someone else before me whos appointment was after mine.

She didn't know which set of key to initially give me and had to phone back the office to find out. And when she did give me the keys, she didn't know where the apartment was and trying to get directions fro the guy behind the desk was like trying to get blood from a stone.

The apartment itself was nice enough, so I decided to go to Salisbury's to get some tea, bought some nice chicken fillets to cook, got back to the apartment to find that they supplied an oven but no dishes or coking trays. Only left with saucepans and a microwave.

So all in all not good - I will not be staying here again if I can help it.

Ok but not Great

By the pictures you'd think these apartments were beautiful, but no, they are small and most of the things in the apartments are broken. I stayed in two different apartments in the hub (due to the fact that the laundry machine and dishwasher were utterly impossible to figure out) and they both were terrible. In the first apartment , the cleaners stole my face towel, twice! (they don't even provide you with one) I also had to clean nearly everything in house because it was filthy. The wifi stopped working and I had to contact the company by phone which took FORVER as there was only ONE PERSON manning the phones. The second apartment I stayed at was no better apart from the fact that this time I could actually use the laundry machine and the dishwasher. Whenever you turned on the hob (burner), all of them turned on. Also there was a door left open in the apartment, this was alarming because I was on the 8th floor!  the fact the someone could just walk off and fall was terrifying. I explained this over the phone to the company and had a person come in and close it, who explained that "it doesn't close at the bottom" and "the company that makes the parts has gone and we need to buy the new parts". I was honestly outraged, definitely would never stay here again.
