"Our arrival at The Sea Lynn Guesthouse was smooth, even though it was late at night, thanks to the helpful guidance provided by the landlady. The cozy and clean rooms instantly made us feel at home. Being close to the beach and not very far away from The Lakes, the location was perfect for exploring the stunning surroundings. Highly recommend this gem of a guesthouse for a relaxing getaway!"

Cozy stay

I was always with family for the weekend who were staying close by. I chose this guest house as it was within walking distance from where they were staying. I stayed in a single room on the top floor. It was lovely and clean, with nice and bright decor. I basically used to it shower and sleep, as I spent the weekend with family. There is a small kitchen/dining room that is available for guests to use. The only downside was the shower water pressure, but in all honesty, I was in a top floor room, so I expected it. But it's not worth complaining about. It's just an observation. I would recommend staying here and I would stay here again if I am going back to Morecombe. I managed to get a parking space on arrival, but once I went out, I couldn't get back in the street. So I left my car where my family was staying and walked back. 

Lovely guest house.

Just returned from a 2 night stay. Received a warm and friendly welcome from the owners who showed us where to find everything in the dining room. Stayed in room 1 which was lovely,spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you needed. If we return to Morecambe we would definitely book again.

Excellent value

We stayed in room 1, I was pleasantly surprised by the standard of the room, Steve and Stacey were so wecolming it is plain to see how hard they both work to ensure you have a great stay. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in morcambe great value for money, don’t change a thing but update the photos as they don’t do you justice, thanks for a great stay Mandy and Tom Armstrong

Newly refurbished

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this recently refurbished guest house. The hosts were very friendly and introduced all facilities, even checking their functionality. Large twin/family room with plenty of space for luggage. Tea, coffee and biscuits. Located just a couple of minutes walk from the beach with free parking on the street outside. Definitely the place I'd stay at if visiting Morecambe again.

Welcoming, friendly and comfortable

The welcome from the owners was genuinely warm and friendly, They were exceptionally helpful and cooperative throughout our stay. 
They have taken care to decorate this traditional style hotel simply and very tastefully. We all enjoyed a simple, straightforward breakfast before setting off.

Three friends on a cycling tour.

Relatives stayed here for one night and really enjoyed their stay. The owners are rightly proud of their work to transform the hotel.
Everything was clean, breakfast was tasty and there was a warm welcome. We'll done The Sea Lynn. 

Well appointed, comfortable and welcoming. 

I found the address of this guest house in a handbag from 1975, although I didn't know it was a guest house until I googled the address. Once I realised, I was keen to stay there, especially because I'd never been to Morecambe. I wasn't disappoointed. The owners are exceptionally friendly and really have done everything to bring the guest house up to date. The rooms are bright, incredibly clean and comfortable. There is a complimentary breakfast of cereal and pastries, which is a nice touch if, like me, you struggle to get out of the bed in the morning and just like to please yourself and help yourself when you've come round. 
I recommend a stay here, and would definitely go back. If you do go, visit The Winter Gardens on the sea front. They do tours on a Sunday afternoon which are fabulous and only £6. there is so much history - a real treat.

The accommodation has been modernised by the great couple who run the Sea Lynn
The standard is very good and absolutely spotless. We got a really warm welcome and enjoyed our stay very much 
The room was large and very comfy

Very nice indeed 

Grandma with 2 little girls and it couldn’t have been more welcoming or easier, all thanks to Stacey. Don’t take note of the reviews for bringing your own bread. It’s changed hands and toast, crumpets croissants and pan au chocolate are all provided. Only yoghurt and fruit need be brought to keep in the breakfast room fridge. We had room 6 which was on the 2nd floor - very bright and airy and plenty of floor space for kids to play. Will definitely come back next year and recommend for others for great value for money
