Really excellent stay. I’ve stayed many a time in a premier inn and it’s always been decent and consistent however this one staff were above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Both in the hotel and accommodating a special request for hot chocolate for my otherwise tube fed child.

Little things like some chocolate for christmas and having windscreen scrapers and de-icer to borrow. Well done Newhouse premier inn!

Exceptionally good experience this time.

Staff are friendly, and always happy to help. If you need anything they are there for you. Always a friendly welcome a nice quiet hotel,  and the bar  staff are really great and the food is nice too. Really nice place to stay.

Lovely hotel and clean . Really lovely front desk staff will book again . 
No problems and very quire night sleep , really couldn’t have asked for more after a long travel time .
Breakfast was outstanding and really couldn’t have asked for more .

Great nights sleep

Great Location.  Always made to feel welcome by the staff at the hotel.  The rooms are always clean and comfortable. 

Parking is free. 

The attached beefeater has great value food and the staff are really welcoming.

newest silent night mattresses, quiet, easy access to motorway what more could the travelling worker want.

As a hospital consultant i need to be able to get to work easily but also sleep during the day if i’ve been in at night. this was facilitated by
putting me in room 32 for a week above the office:)

Becky and Fraser couldn’t have been more accommodating and they are definitely why this particular Premier Inns rating have gone up from under 4
to over 4.5 in a year.

Special mention also to Ewelina for getting me in early after an exhausting flight.

Comfiest quietest Premier Inn in the area with friendly accommodating staff.

We stayed for 4 nights and had the breakfast and ate dinner on 2 occasions. The food was excellent. The service was great. The room was clean with plenty of space. The staff friendly and welcoming overall very impressed as always

A good night's sleep

My self and wife have just stayed hear on the 16 17 of December the reception staff are so helpful and pleasant the room nice and clean we could not fault it out only moan was there were contracter work men staying who started work early and did not care about desturbing any other guests

Great and friendly place to visit, always helpful and friendly staff, they always made us feel very welcome, shotout to Carolann and Katelyn 🙌🏾 for taking care of us also they have a very big carpark to park your trailers an big vans

Great place very clean with lovely staff ,very friendly and welcoming  ( Caroline and Kaitlyn )
clean and tidy rooms would highly recommend staying here

Great place to stay

We always stay at this Premier Inn no matter where we are going in the central belt. It is easy to get to, the staff are really friendly, the rooms are clean and the food is great. All for a very reasonable price.
