Rosie was friendly and welcoming! She also took an interest in our company Topps Tiles Also the young girl with red hair in the bar was brilliant too! Real nice + friendly hard working, nice to see someone with a smile on their face! A credit to the company! 
Would definitely stay here again if we have to come back for our business meeting!

Brilliant one night stay

Excellent staff & very nice room. 
We've just got home after staying at the premier inn at Newcastle Under Lyme .
It was the first time, we've used premier inn, & I've got to say we will definitely be staying again. 
Very friendly staff & a big hello to Libby on reception. 
I booked online and was updated all the way, everyone has been very friendly, although busy working.
The room, keyboard operated door & the room decoration was good, a kettle & coffee & tea sugar etc in the room & a good tv. The bed was firm but comfy, I liked that they had softer pillows & firm ones it was welcomed.
A large deep ceramic bath, with plenty of hot water was a fantastic idea by premier inn. 
The bathroom was well thought out with a shower over the bath.
We paid for 2 days breakfast at the Brewers Fayre joined to the inn & we were happy with the selection and price.
Well worth the money & highly recommended, we had a really good time. 
Thank you to everyone, your customers service was appreciated.

Fantastic for the price paid

Had a lovely stay this weekend with my boyfriend. 

Rosie on front desk was really welcoming and other staff were friendly. 

Room was nice a clean and bed really comfy. The pillows were really soft.

Breakfast was fresh, nice end to the stay. 

Would defo stay again!

The rooms are always clean, the beds are always comfortable and Rosie on reception always greets you with a smile.

Some of the TV's could do with an update so that all channels are received.

The loo roll could be a bit nicer on the behind too.

Overall though Great 👍

Always enjoy my stay here, rooms are spacious and tidy, Wi-Fi is hit and miss. The people are very friendly and always welcoming. Meals are always great and I really enjoy the breakfast here with Lesley and Mick they make my mornings a joy 😃  Thanks for the great effort you all put in to making my stay a good one.

We had a lovely stay at the Premier Inn Newcastle Under Lyme. All the staff were brilliant and we were really looked after by Joseph and Paulina from the moment we checked in until we checked out! We had taken Mum with us and she has Alzheimer's and she felt that everyone had been her friends for years!!! Thank you all!! 😊 

Lovely Relaxing Time!!

Comfortable bed, clean room, good location, nice staff , always stay here when visiting our family , never had any issues, plenty of room to park the car, the bar is lovely and very friendly if you fancy a drink.

A fabulous stay

Wine & chocolates at at Premier Inn - wow you've upped your game! As always a great stay - I so need a Premier Inn bed. Clean, warm room. Friendly and helpful staff. Email from yourselves prior to arrival was a nice touch too. 

Lovely stay!

We stay regularly at the Premier Inn at Newcastle under Lyme and have found that not only are the rooms up to the high Premier Inn standard but absolutely cannot recommend the staff highly enough. Always friendly and always extremely helpful,  definitely 10 out of 10

We use the Newcastle under Lyme Premier Inn every month as we attend a local Northern Soul event at the New Trinity Hall  locate
