A fantastic experience, staying with Chris and Magda, in this family-run establishment. The blend of luxurious comfort in our room, coupled with the warm and wholesome welcome, and first-class breakfast, culminated in a wonderful short break at The Lyncroft. Friendly, knowledgeable about the area and incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them, ensuring we had an incredible stay. This was our first trip with our dog, and I cannot recommend The Lyncroft, with Chris and Magda, highly enough. The welcome we were all given was second -to-none. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone.

A lovely couple own this B&B, would highly recommend. Not far from the harbour it faces Fistral beach and the GC.   Breakfast was superb, whatever your choice. Rooms are spotless with some nice touches. Would absolutely return. Thanks for a lovely stay guys!

The Lyncroft B&B Newquay Cornwall

Excellent location if you’re a golfer right opposite the entrance to Newquay golf club, you will struggle to find a better bed and breakfast with such friendly and helpful hosts, a good selection on the breakfast menu with the best poached eggs I’ve ever eaten, the rooms are excellent too. Shall hopefully return again soon.

Excellent bed and breakfast value for money

Another brilliant stay with Chris, Magda, baby Lottie and Dexter at the Lyncroft! This time over new years. 
As always a warm and friendly welcome! The room was clean and equipt with everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was lovely as always with a choice of cooked breakfast and cereal, fruits and yoghurts. Nothing is too much trouble and they always have a smile and brilliant knowledge of the town. 

New years was definitely a brilliant experience and we’ll definitely be doing it again!

Thanks again for another amazing stay and we’ll see you all in the summer!!

Another amazing stay at The Lyncroft

We stayed at the b&b for a couple of nights and we really enjoyed it. Chris and Magda were lovely and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They even gave us hints and tips on the town. Very nice and comfy room and the cooked breakfasts were really nice. We would definitely stay again and hope to return again soon. The whole place was clean and tidy. We loved the homely feel and all the little touches in the room. Thank you so much to you both for making our stay a memorable one.

Fantastic b&b

Another fantastic stay at Chris and Magda's lovely BnB.  Everything you need is here for a great stay in Newquay. Friendly and helpful hosts, cosy room, comfy bed, clean bathroom, in room fridge, plenty of storage, the BEST breakfast (hello fresh berries with yoghurt and granola :) as well as the scrambled eggs and sausages) free parking, cappuccino machine, walking distance to all the beaches (especially Fistral) and round the corner to the town centre plus.... icing on the cake....NETFLIX!!!
If you are visiting Newquay or basing yourself there to tour around...stay at The Lyncroft! You will not regret it :)


So lovely to return to The Lyncroft

Had a lovely time at Chris and Magda’s B&B earlier this month. They were so welcoming and helpful from the start - recommending places to walk with my dog, places to eat and much more. The room (number 2) was a good sized double with all the amenities you might need (wardrobe, dressing table area, chest of drawers, tea/coffee/biscuits, TV), a lovely clean bathroom with powerful shower, and a distant sea view past the golf course (opposite the B&B). The TV wasn’t working the first night but Chris kindly fixed it for me straight after breakfast the next morning. The breakfast was delicious - as everyone else has said on here. I had the eggs Benedict one morning and then the veggie breakfast the other. Poached eggs perfectly cooked on both occasions, plus you could help yourself to granola/muesli/cereal, yoghurts, and fresh fruit. It’s a great location too - only a 10 minute walk to Fistral beach and 5/10 minutes to the main town. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Newquay!

Home from home with delicious breakfast

We have just returned from a week stay at the Lyncroft Bed & Breakfast in Newquay Cornwall.

We can honestly say that this is the best bed & breakfast we have ever stayed in.

It is ideally situated for exploring Newquay and all it has to offer and very reasonably priced.

Our hosts Chris and Magda were amazing extremely friendly and very helpful.

Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean with a lovely sea view. The bed was very comfortable and the en suite facilities were excellent too.

We had read reviews prior to staying saying how good the breakfast was, so was very pleased to find that they were all correct and we can confirm that Magda cooks the most tasty and amazing breakfast ever.

The service from Charly was excellent too and she is a credit to the Lyncroft as well.

Chris came down and spoke to all the guests every morning and also offered excellent advice on where to go to eat out, places to visit and local nightlife etc.

He also introduced us all to their beautiful baby which was a nice touch.

We cannot wait to return to the Lyncroft and would not hesitate in recommending it to anyone who wants to stay in Newquay.

Weeks Stay at The Lyncroft - Newquay 

Weekend break in Newquay at this brilliant b&b. Positioned perfectly near to fistral beach and town beaches. Hosts Magda and Chris are so friendly and helpful. Room lovely and clean. We have stayed here before and will definitely return again. If you are looking at a Newquay b&b break put Lyncroft at the top of your list.

Short Newquay Break

We stayed one night at the Lyncroft on a recommendation from a nearby surf school, and it was fantastic. We booked directly and was really simple, and the owners were lovely and very accomodating. The room was modern, very clean and tidy and perfect for a good night's sleep. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic, with hot options, cold options, fresh fruit etc. They kindly catered for our food allergies also. The B&B was also dog friendly which we loved. If we are in the area again we would definitely choose to stay at The Lyncroft again.
