We had a great myself nd my husband just what we needed after losing my mum few days away, very clean, and the owners were friendly and very welcoming close to everything pubs, beach, takeaways, asda, aldi, and train station

Friendly and helpful couple, good kitchen and dining room,rooms a bit basic but adequate with small bathrooms but showers good. When we booked didn't realise that we would be sharing with other people so that was a bit disappointing but saying that we met some nice people there. Would I recommend yes as it is a great location

Family vacation

the location is perfect, you can just cross the Road with your surfboard. Super friendly staff. Difficult to park, but sometimes you can be lucky. There should be a place for us to rinse and store our wetsuits so we don't take sand inside the common areas. Thanks to super friendly owners we managed to find a solution but maybe a fixed place to rinse and store could be available for guests? Toilet very small, but shower was strong and water hot. Missed a table between the beds. Had to leave phone on the floor. Shared kitchen is really big and clean, excellent to keep your water fresh and avoid eating out. Yes the walls are thin and you can hear people speaking, but we were so tired that we felt asleep perfectly! The kitchen has a sofa sitting area with a good tv, perfect to relax. One of the staff members went to surf with my young son to help with the big waves. Made us feel very welcome!

Great value for money, friendly staff, very clean, no on site parking bit could find some nearby in carparks or on the street. Kitchen facilities were very handy. A stones throw from the beach, excellent location

Fantastic location walking distance to many of the famous beaches especially if have young children. Absolutely amazing bars restaurants all within 5 minutes of the lodge. The shared kitchen was good we had our own cupboard and shelf in fridge. Owners ever so helpful will definitely stay here again

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The location is just where you need to be (just out of the main part of town, so it's quiet, but close enough to walk in and back a few times a day)
The room was clean, tidy and equipped with all we needed and the beds were comfy.

Fantastic stay at seascape.
 A stone's throw to all amminities and beach. Lovely hosts, really clean room and super comfy bed.
We stayed an extra night because we were enjoying our stay that much.
Many thanks for having us.
Defiantly will return.

 

Long weekend break

The hotel is in the perfect location right next to the beach, restaurants and Main Street of Newquay. The hotel owners are friendly and chatty and provide their guests with coffee ana comfortable communal space. The room was a good size with an hot shower. The only thing is that the walls are thin and due to the age of the house the floors very creepy and echoey meaning we could hear our neighbours.

Great stay. The seascape lodge is within walking distance to everywhere.
Clean room and good facilities overall.
All rooms have access to a living room with cooking facilities (not sure if we can use it though) and designated cabinets to store food/drinks.
The downside was the lack of amenities to take a shower.

Clean, central and comfortable

Me and my boyfriend just really loved this hotel. Just a short walk to the shops and the beach. Very friendly owners who make you feel very welcome.You get a front door key so you don't have to be back by a certain time. Would definitely recommend. :)
