Found the jokes wasn't funny and arrogant staff bunkbeds in double room would not recommend it to dogs never mind anyone else not value for money unclean found hair in the shower and breakfast and Mark's all over the bedding

Terrible

My 7th time staying here, if you want a well priced b&b in Newquay I don’t think you will find better. It is clean, comfortable and Raj the landlord is a star. He will do anything for anyone (within reason), he makes it feel like home and staying on my own for two weeks it makes my holiday

Great as usual

We had an awesome weekend. Good price for basic hostel rooms at a good location and with a nice cooked breakfast. Parking round the back was full but we managed with on-street parking ok. Thanks to Raj.

Excellent Stag Weekend.

Through images the hotel seemed beautiful, was an amazing deal for the time of year, free reservation with free cancellation until a few days before the date. 
After emailing back and forth with the hotel owner (i suppose) they let me know that the reservation was wrong, and that it was actually double the price. I’m not sure whether this was because it was done through a third party website (Expedia) or whether they realised they could probably make more money from me. The emails were very poorly written, which reflects badly on the company itself, but obviously as i haven’t visited it could have been a misconception.
Definitely call up to book your stay, or email them rather than going through somewhere else, to avoid being stung with extra fees and having to pay to cancel your stay - as they didn’t seem like they even realised we were charged wrong.

DIDN'T EVEN GET THE CHANCE TO VISIT

I arrived at the hotel and was told that there were no rooms available despite pre booking. They said that they wouldn't charge my card. There was no warning whatsoever about this, so could have been screwed. Luckily I found somewhere else.  
Judging by some other reviews, this isn't the first time this has happened. 

A couple of days later, to my disgust, the money was still taken out for the room I never received. Straight away I phoned them up and they said that it was a mistake and that the money would be back in 2 working days. I didn't believe them. 

The money didn't go back and after various emails they told me to give me bank details and would be back in 5 working days. After 3 weeks money was not returned and they kept ignoring my contact. 
They straight up took my money and the only way I got it back was through my bank as they refused to  give the refund with plenty of chance. 

Avoid as could happen to you, and I've read of it happening in other reviews.

Avoid at all costs. Try to take my money.

Raj the owner really looked after me and all the guys. He was super accommodating and friendly. 
The hotel is very close to town. 
He couldn’t do enough to help us all out.
We as a group would recommend it and will re-visit. Thank you very much.

Great weekend had at Kiribilli, rooms were nice and clean all with toilets showers tv. Etc, Great little bar and host Raj, only 5 min walk into town so perfect location, breakfast served each morning!!

this little olace is just so good, well located ( just 6 mim walk from Newquay seafront and its amazing beaches and shores, the staff is really welcoming and everything we needed, they rush to sort it out, thanks for a lovely time

I turned up around 5pm on a Friday as was in Newquay for two nights.
The owner was actually quite a nice bloke and moved a few cars around for me to fit in.
I was told the room was not ready yet as the previous guests where still in it. I had a bottle of beer and a chat with the owner who was actually quite a nice bloke.

When i got given the key at 6.30 i was utterly shocked by the state of the room. The room was mouldy, damp and the beds had not been changed! There was water dripping from the room above into onto the floor.

I left 5 minutes later and left the key on the bed. The worst room i have ever seen in my life

Disgusting place. I only stayed an hour

We were only one night, but it seemed a friendly and family place. the owners of the establishment behaved very well with us ... the photographs are real, the place is small but clean and well connected to the beach and the city. Quality and price is a good deal... we will return
