We did find 2 pubic hairs under the left side pillow and the bathroom smelled of old urine but we kept the door shut and it was fine. Cobwebs around the window and curtains but otherwise lovely stay. Bed was insanely comfortable and no noise from the main road which was a huge bonus as I'm such a light sleeper. 

Review for room 10

The staff were  superb in both the Beefeater and reception. My card has had two payments taken  by the restaurant manager for the same amount for a reason unknown to me, which i will sort tomorrow.
The Hotel is clean though in desperate need of the grounds and hotel and beefeater needing a good " makeover"
I did not find the bed comfortable to lie in or the pillows, though to be fair that maybe as i was not in my bed.
Due to the above average score.

I found the rooms to be very clean and tidy upon arrival , the reception staff were very friendly and helpful and welcoming 
I had an excellent nights sleep as I found the beds to be very comfortable indeed .
I would highly recommend staying here

Relaxing break

Kind staff, clean hotel, tea and coffee provided in the room and extra at reception for you to help yourself, they even put a little biscuit in the rooms for us which we thought was a lovely touch, could have our cup of tea with a biscuit, we will happily return here

Booked this hotel for a North South family reunion like we had done in previous years but never again !.Our room was number 23 which looked fine until we opened the bathroom door the smell of raw sewage was horrendous how they could put somebody in this room was unbelievable ,reception did allocate  us another room which was very small but  ok and they  asked  had we left other room untouched so they could use again !.The hotel has  defiantly deteriorated and although room was clean corridors were not .Staff were very friendly only positive point

Located near the M1. Adjoining Beefeater serving an excellent breakfast. The rooms were clean and well thought out. The decor is clean and minimal. Comfy bed lived up to the hype. A good strong shower. Clean. And to say its on the A45 it was quiet. 

Met expectations

Arrived from Weston Super Mare weekend of 17th February for a family baby shower staff were very friendly and helpful for the entire stay could not have done anymore to make our stay enjoyable We are arranging another stay at the end of May We had lovely hot breakfasts and a great selection of evening meals nothing was too much At the Premier Inn in Harpole the rooms were lovely and clean and bedlinen towels etc would be changed every day

The Hotel was all but fully booked and I got put in the room next to the reception, noise till 11.40 pm and then again at 4.30 am other than that it was fine, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I got the short straw

Tired and dusty, in need of a refurbishment and the cleanliness could be better. The heating system also needs bringing into the 21st century. Some positives Parking is good , location is quiet and the pub next door is very good

As expected for a Premier Inn, all the usual facilities - clean, tidy, friendly helpful staff. Rooms a little on the smaller side. Some traffic noise with windows open, but not audible with them closed. Large car park, well lit.
