The manager , know nothing about customer service and very much arrogant . He is very much unapproachable

The Worst Travelodge

My stay was satisfactory with helpful staff. I ended up in a family room and it had 5 plug sockets which gave me plenty of room to charge my stuff

Stayed in this hotel for 56 weeks Monday to Friday while working on a new school.
    I was well looked after and they would do anything you asked them for including fresh towels and change bedding extra tea and coffee. Thanks James and your team.

Working away from home.

The room was clean, the staff were respectful and kind 
The car park was clean, the cups in the room were clean 
There was a sign about getting more data for my phone which I appreciated a lot

Looks and feels tired but due refurb soon . However room spotless and bed extremely comfortable .. staff were welcoming and very helpful . Will definitely stay again and would recommend to others . . Good location for getting out and about . Well done

Okay staff, room stunk like fags and need to do more when people complain    

Nothing much more to say really. If u want a cheap hotel it’s probs the one for you but you pay for what u get. Didn’t have the food but from how the hotel smelt I couldn’t imagine it being grate

Staff excellent especially Emma the receptionist had to add to our booking and she was very helpful Will definitely stay here again . Bed comfy , very quiet , housekeeping excellent. All in all a nice place to stay

working in the area Nicky on reception  checked me in and told me we’re my room was the room was clean and the bed was comfy the bathroom was dated but clean and a powerful hot shower  jacqui checked me out she was lovely, a credit to the staff here also the car park was very well lit thank you for the stay and I will be returning👍

A amazing hotel with great staff 

I paid £25 for this room and it was lovely and spacious, clean, nice bathroom, comfy bed with the usual tea making facilities, check in was easy and the hotel is close to the main A roads and about 15 minutes from the M1

Excellent Value

The hotel is in a lovely location, and on first appearances seems great, however, when you get into the room, it is tired, dated and stained - we couldn’t use the bathroom, it was so disgusting, and the bed was so uncomfortable we woke with back ache.
