Great apartment newly refurbished. Smart TV and fab location. Just a few steps from great places to eat. We tried Number 42 on Kings Street. Would definitely recommend this apartment. We did not have time but apartment is really close to cathedral which you can see and is really stunning 

Great location 

Lovely second floor apartment close to the centre. Everything we needed and even managed an early check in which was great. Lovely to find somewhere, apart from a hotel/b&b, that lets you stay less than 3 or 4 nights. 
The only thing I found wrong with the apartment was there were no towels or bath mat. The photos show towels but there were non (maybe an oversight)....luckily I had packed some. I can't thank the owners enough for getting the place ready for us as we arrived even earlier than we said we would.

Great location

Very friendly service, surprisingly big city, historic ammenities, great shopping, great food in a big restaurant around the corner with all domestic specials - Full English Breakfast, Fish & Chips, Gin & Tonic :)

A very nice stay we would love to repeat

My wife, daughter and I stayed in 17 Pigg Lane for a week in early September and we thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. It was spacious and comfortable with great views of the Norwich Cathedral spire, which is literally right around the corner from the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped, though the fridge was a bit small. Some reviews have mentioned noise problems as the apartment backs onto the parking lot of the Maids Head Hotel and the outdoor seating of the Glass House pub and restaurant. True, on weekend nights the noise level was a bit elevated, but we were already aware that this would be the norm and it did not bother us (noise was never excessive and died down after 11 pm). The new windows of the apartment are very good at keeping out much of the city noise, which is not any more elevated than one would expect in any city. Our only gripe would be that the cushions on the couches were pretty worn out and not as comfortable as might be expected. All in all, this was a great apartment in a great location! First rate!

Great Stay!

Our family of four stayed for 7 nights at the Quayside Townhouse in mid August. It was a great location - 10 minutes stroll to heart of  Norwich down Elm Hill. The noise that some others referred to was not an issue for us. The views overlooking the River Wensum are beautiful. Please do not be put off by the review below by dellasam as this is for another apartment from another company as far as I can see. Only slight issue we had is that the allocated parking space under the property is quite tight to manouevre in to - everything else from booking to arrival to leaving was dealt with professionally and promptly throughout. Norwich is a great city to stay in and the rest of Norfolk was also lovely.
