What was good

Difficult to find garage. Hotel central to town, easy walk to center. looks very luck like an old concrete building outside but beautiful inside. Very nice, clean, minifridge was a real bonus. Room well maintained

What was bad

I think the parking fee is extortionate. Other garages charge less for 24 hrs, in the same area. There are free disabled bays right across the street from the entrance of the hotel, which then mean that the less mobile have no stairs/lifts to worry about to get to reception. The garage is tightly packed , I couldn't find a blue badge bay that was easy to drive into. One other thing, the spa was completely booked til the beginning of April, we arrived end of February, so we couldn't take advantage of this service and hadn't been contacted by the hotel before our arrival.

    What was good

    Central location(2-300m away from town centre), good value of money and approachable sraff. We stayed in 737. The room was clean but outdated for a 4star hotel. I booked it for the pool and location. We use the pool and sauna on a Saturday evening (5.30 pm to 7pm) and it was not busy. Bath towels for the pool were provided. Breakfast was great with large choices. We didn't use hotel parking, we use one 5 min away, as we spend some time in town b
