The position and view from these apartments are the best we've stayed in. There is a welcome lift which as pensioners we really appreciated, Inside our apartment number 2, the first thing you see is the wonderful view over the harbour, Hours can be spent watching the ferries and other boats , water sports, ducks and other seabirds and of course people watching.! The apartment is very well equiped , there is no need to bring anything other than clothes. Everthing is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The apartments are right on the front main shopping street so just a short wander to shops. restaurants and the ferry terminal. Parking is a little bit of a problem but to be expected on the main street, there is however a very good town service bus.

Excellent location overlooking the sea.. weather was great and apartment was very well equipped with everything you needed. Was there with five friends and would definitely recommend. Looking forward to our next visit in the near future.

Perfect location for restaurants and bars and lovely little shops.

Absolutely first class. What a Great location, fantastic vale and accommodation. 5 guys, accommodation had everything we needed. 15 meters from door to sea. Windows overlooking harbour, wonderful views. On second floor however, full working lift if needed.

1st class accom-great value- great location

Normally only transit through Oban on the way to Mull, but this time the arrangements meant that we needed to stay in/near Oban for a couple of days.   Found and booked this place online and it was easy.  A week or so before the visit, I was contacted by them (as promised) with details of how to collect keys, details of the apartment, local info including parking - everything you may need.    When we arrived, everything was exactly as promised and exceeded our expectations.  Apartment was clean, well enough equipped, wifi, TV, everything we wanted or needed.     Do not be put off by the facade saying "Spice World" - that restaurant on 1st floor is not a problem - all apartments are above.   Slight concern was the aroma of the foods / spices / etc., but you soon got used to that and it really was not an issue or a problem.          I would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone (and already have).   Not sure if we will stay in Oban again, but if we do - this is where we will stay.   Views are just to die-for which is added bonus.

Simply superb

Having booked on line and packed and left for our few days away thought all was good.  Received confirmation via text and email then key code and where and how to enter apartment.  Lunch stop noticed 3 missed calls. Told they had no room for us and sorry.. What a disaster.  No help to find more accomadation just cancel and your get your money back.  Unfriendly and shocking service.  We arrived in the pouring rain not knowing the area with food in our car and had to pay expensive hotel.  Will never recommend them to anyone.

Shocking service

The central location and views are worth staying there for alone. The apartment was clean and had everything you could need, The biggest problem we had was finding the key safe to get in when we arrived as this was not very clear. Other than that it was an excellent property and if you needed two rooms better value than most Hotels in the town.

Excellent located apartment

Fantastic home from home. Brilliant views of the harbour. Spotlessly clean. Very central. Well presented and kitted out. A few small items took the shine off. We had an app to download and an email from the owner they conflicted on several points meaning I had to call for clarification several times. Checkout is 11 not 9:30 -10 as per the email sent to my wife. There is no free parking. Top tip. Plan to be out and about till 6 then you can park up till 09:00 the next day. Stayed in apartment 5. Biggest+ is the view which is amazing across the harbour. However this view is forced upon you even at night-time as  most of the curtains in the property don't even cover the windows. In summer in Scotland the sun only goes down for a few hours. The curtain in my sons room was lace and only covered about 2 thirds of the window meaning he had sun streaming in for 20 hours of the day making sleep difficult. Also beyond the owners control is the Saturday and Friday night noise. Expect to hear loud singing and teenagers shouting  till all hours of the night. It was only really bad on two nights but should be considered if you are a light sleeper. The divan bases could also do with a refresh, very loud and creaky when changing position in the beds. Please don't be put off by my comments these are mainly meant to be useful tips to consider when going to what was a lovely holiday location.

Stayed for two nights and had a very enjoyable stay. Apartments were spacious and clean and modern. Two bedrooms off lounge with twin beds. Good size rooms and lounge very comfy with dining table and large kitchen. Every accessory from toaster to microwave. Modern cooker and full size fridge. Spectacular views overlooking the harbour. Apartments close to all amenities and 2 min walk to train station. Couldn't recommend these apartments enough. Had a really enjoyable stay and would certainly stay here again


Home from home

We spent 3 nights in apartment 3 which has two twin bed bedrooms and a spacious lounge/dining/kitchenette. The view from the lounge is spectacular and provides plenty of interest with the comings and goings of ferries, fishing boats and general shipping.

The apartment itself is very clean and well appointed. There is lift access. There is a curry restaurant two floors down from which very good takeaway or eat in meals are available. 

The town is delightful and all necessary amenities are within a short walk.

Perfect location

Apartments in central location.
Spectacular views across the bay.
Clean  welcoming and has tea sugar coffee milk and teacakes. Fresh flowers in every room . The smells from indian restaurant do not permeate to the top floor.  The lift is perfect and the top stairs are not steep. Fab apartment.  I would highly recommend to anyone going to Oban or surrounding areas.
