We were greeted by the owner on arrival and shown our room which was very tidy and comfortable. The breakfasts were an excellent standard which did not vary in the three days that we were booked. Highly recommended.

Excellent Choice

Just returned from a lovely stay at the wulfruna hotel painton. The Rooms are spacious, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Rooms cleaned every day which I didn’t expect to be honest as we were only staying a few days. We chose the full English breakfast every morning and it was one of the best breakfasts that we have ever had, everything is cooked to perfection and you can tell that the produce they use is very good quality. We honestly couldn’t find any faults at all and would definitely recommend staying there. All round, a lovely place to stay, we will definitely be going back

Lovely friendly place to stay

just had 3 nights at wulfruna  hotel and it was fantastic  the food choice was amazing and the hot food was delicious and hot !! our room was spotless so tidy and comfortable  with lovely details tea and coffee etc and shampoo and soap towels etc !! my mam has memory issues and Wendy was so kind to her neither of us wanted to leave at the end of our stay we definitely will be going back!!

Lovely visit

Arrived to a lovely welcome
Des an Wendy are lovely people. Got to room and we were very happy. Overlooking the sea, clean, well appointed and couldn’t have wanted anything else. Breakfast the next morning was fantastic, plenty, well cooked, quality ingredients and served with a smile. Thanks Des and Wendy. We will be back.

Wendy Catered for all of my older colleagues needs,including the old bit of first aid !!
The rooms are spacious ,clean and tidy with room 3 in particular having a spectacular sea view.
The executive breakfast was a glory to behold and even included two eggs !!!
I would not hesitate to recommend Wendy,Des and The Wolfruna as your first choice when staying in Paignton

The Old Folks Annual Racing Trip

My husband and myself stayed here September for our holiday and can honestly say we thought it was great, from the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Wendy greeted us and was very accommodating, always a smile for us and all guests, anything we wanted or needed was soon seen to. The rooms were lovely, nice fresh and clean couldn't have asked for more. Breakfast was a delight with plenty of choice, cereal, yogurt, fruit, fruit juices and plenty of choice for hot breakfast, we did coose full English nearly every day as it was lovely. The hotel is in a great spot for whatever you want although only minutes away from town centre it still nice and quiet. We had a Seaview room which was a pleasure to look out of. Would we stay here again, oh yes in a heartbeat. Thank you Wendy for making it feel like a home from home, you should be proud of the hotel you have created.

Fantastic

Would definitely recommend this hotel, the rooms are so clean and modern and have plenty of storage space. Wendy was also a lovely person which nothing was too much for her and always served breakfast with a smile, breakfast was amazing and was definitely plentiful, we didn’t have a sea view room but the View from our room was still beautiful especially at night, the beach and the town was only a 30 second walk which was a big plus, would definitely recommend!

What a lovely hotel as soon as we arrived, Wendy met us she and her husband are a lovely welcoming host , the rooms were lovely and very comfortable the hotel was spotless 
The breakfast was outstanding I can honestly fault this hotel and I will definitely go back
