Old and tired looking outside not even a nice tidy garden out front. Am reporting these to environmental health as you can see how dirty the room was. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY. NEVER again we will be staying here not  even fit for an animal 



Devon lovely HOTEL DISGUSTING AND DIRTY 

Everything about this guesthouse is lovely,  lovely lady owner who is so nice, friendly and kind,  perfect location right by the sea. Prices are really reasonable too.
We will definitely go again and stay there, nice little laid back place to stay, home from home

We have the email confirmation ftim Marina but she omits this blames and insults since when all blame is on her.regardless of digital diary the date was agreed and CONFIRMED
 Legal action has ensued as a result

Liars

This guest house run by a lovely lady called Marina ... You have everything you need within yards of the guest house,the beach the pier the train station bus stops bars pubs a LIDl souvenir shops cake shops everything ... I come up by train from London and just walked to the guesthouse in minutes so I highly suggest you stay here if you need to be around everything close by ... Plus the guesthouse is run by a wonderful helpful host :-)

Wonderful host in a perfect location

The Room we stayed in was clean comfortable beds great location
Plenty of space in room 7 for family of 5 cooker fridge everything for self catering if needed 
No parking but can pay £3 a day at hotel 2 minute walk away right on the front 

Fab holiday

Decent property, close to the seafront about a 5 minute walk if that, it has a multi story car park just to the left of the guest house though not the most secure car park, host was nice and welcoming, we just booked for a place to get freshened up and to sleep, so was spot on for what we needed. 

A 1 night stay at the last minute

Marina took our booking for the 24th August 3 weeks before.it was agreed to be paid on the day(though closer to the day we did ring up and offer to pay and told nog to worry). We emailed before the day we were due to travel requesting to leave our bags at the Guesthouse before the check in time. We stated the day of the booking and Marina agreed to allow us toto leave our luggage. After having to leave our suitcase in her porch as she was in Exeter(despite her notice stating there is always somebody available)we went swimming etc with the children and received a phonecall from Marina asking for payment for the 25th!!!!we stated the booking was clearly for the 24th but despite being stranded with children outside the waterpark and a suitcase over the other side of Paignton we were told it was "Our error".we looked on all bed and breakfast sites with the children watching and everything being fully booked. I walked to the Premier Inn and have an email confirming we had to make a booking that evening and were extremely fortunate as it took them to 100% capacity as being the last two rooms available. We have approached Marina since but are told we decided to come a day earlier "for our own purposes" ..hardly likely with the struggle to find accomodation and my partner is told in the email of her acting with "fraud".We have the email confirming the date, the email from Premier Inn and the text message from Marina
Absolutely shocking to leave a family in this position and the shocking treatment continued with defamation of character. A family holiday for one night where the accomodation was due to cost £120 but jumped up to £268. 
Horrendous.
Bad thing is I have to give 1 Star as there is no option for zero stars.

Court action is now required

Sock from previous occupant left in room, remote for fan did not work and some of the slats for the bed were broken. Carpet in communal area could be cleaner. Price was good, good location. Friendly host. 

Could be more..

Very welcoming host, sofa bed made up for the children, everything to hand and nicely presented. Being a beachside apartment there were the inevitable seagulls for company. No parking by property but close to the multistorey carpark with overnight parking available.

2+2=Yes

The best place I have ever stayed in. Genuinely a pleasure nothing was ever too much trouble. Marina thank you so much for your hospitality your a rose among thorns. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this place. Value for money, cosy and close to the the beach. 5 stars from me x
