Fantastic breakfast, super friendly family run Hotel. Great room with sea views and ensuite facilities , All the comforts, TV, central heating, Tea/Coffee making facilities.
Nothing was too much trouble . I was made super welcome and will be booking to stay again next year. This Hotel is within 5 minute downhill to the harbour with local shops take away and restaurants for all price level. A short cut though the Harbour Lights brings you to the main beach and Cinema and Paignton Town centre.

I will book again for next year I was so delighted. with my stay.

Hosts were outstanding. Very attentive, couldn’t do enough for you. A very lovely family. Food was lovely and top quality, room was very clean. Was recommended by a friend and would recommend to anyone. Will definitely be back. Thank you for a great weekend. 

Amazing people 

Hotel in a great spot ,not to far from town ,lovely people who run it ,nice room but a bit over priced as I think they charge pp not room .they only been there 12 months, but a little bit tlc needed. Lovely breakfast as I'm Gluten-free and a good selection of breakfast to choose from. Found a tooth pick in drawer and hairs .carpets need cleaning. It's a nice place to visit. Bathroom bin and brush needs replacing. My friend had a twin room we had to move bed as she couldn't get to bathroom it would be better to put bed were the wardrobe is so it has more space. Did find a hand bag under bed .

Lovely hotel but a need of tlc.

This was my first stay at the Cleve court Hotel, Paignton to enable me to attend the KUGB annual weeks Spring Karate Course.  Booking was very easy. I arrived and was welcomed in and shown my room. A corner huge room with a fantastic vista of the Paignton Harbour. Nothing was too much trouble for this family run Hotel. Breakfast that I had to request they make much smaller but if you were not training wow their breakfast would set you up for the day. It's but a 10 min stroll to the Harbour , 5 mins if you walk fast. There you can catch the Paignton to Torquay ferry boat - it's not a huge boat but its only going a short distance so ideal as you don't have to park which is costly in the Torbay area but free at the Hotel.
The room had TV and the usual Tea /coffee station, on suite shower and toilet masses of towels. Very clean and warm. As I say this was my first time and I will book for next year as soon as possible.

Fantastic value from a truly family run Hotel

Stayed at clevecourt Hotel for 4 nights room was clean the breakfasts are very good and good variety to choose from very friendly staff very close to the harbour and sea front would recommend to stay will come back to stay again

Holiday

Location here is excellent, close to Paignton and goodrington sands beaches. Very clean hotel. Breakfast is absolutely fabulous, staff very friendly, especially the lady serving us breakfast.  Will definitely come again.  Linda, pat and Oliver, stayed in room 5. 👌👍😁

Cleve Court Hotel experience

We stayed for 2 nights over the Platinum Jubilee weekend at Cleveland court Hotel. It was a lovely place, very clean and within easy short walk of the harbour. The rooms are cosy and comfortable. The  hosts were welcoming and friendly and helpful and the breakfast and menu was fantastic. They gave us a glass of Buck’s Fizz with our breakfast for the Jubilee. I would certainly recommend this place to family and friends.

had 9 nights recently in this homely hotel . very  welcoming and great customer service . nothing too much trouble ! lovely position in a small friendly town. thanks again to margaret john  carol & mary roomservice with a smile !

a lovely old fashioned hotel with great customer service

Clean and comfortable with friendly proprietors. Good value for money. Covid response was sensible and considerate without being over-the-top. My only suggestion would be to extend the time of the breakfast serving (currently only thirty minutes) as there was a rather a long wait to be served one morning.
