What was good

Location. The reception staff were courteous & helpful. The hardworking restaurant staff. Very comfortable bed

What was bad

We stayed 5 nights & bathroom wasn’t cleaned once. 1st night we were woken 3 times after 11.30 pm, by women & children shouting & screaming & hammering on doors. On the first day we put our “ make up room” tag on door at 9.30am returned at 6pm to find clean towels left on an unmade bed, on the other days the bed was simply pulled up untidily. Lack of car parking spaces
