Location is good (5-15 minute walk to restaurants, shops or shore)
Communication/check in and check out process is excellent 
Hosts are very friendly and helpful
Breakfast is very good with great variety of options
Room is comfortable with a number of extra little touches (little cooler, tea/coffee tray, small chocolate)

Comfortable home base

Excellent place to stay.
The check in was really easy.
Richard and Sarah are a really lovely couple,  very welcoming and friendly. 
Our room was lovely and spacious and spotlessly clean
and nicely decorated. 
The bed was very comfortable and cosy.
Great tea and coffee making facilities. With biscuits and chocolates each day.
Also the added bonus of mini fridge and fresh milk.
The breakfast fantastic and served in a lovely large room. 
The choices are great and all cooked fresh and to perfection. 
The location is really good , just 5 minutes from the seafront. 
And so easy to walk in to town to the restaurants and bars.
Will definitely return and would highly recommend .


Fantastic stay again 

Lovely comfy rooms and friendly hosts. Fast and convenient check in and the breakfast was great. Wide selection on offer and the vegan breakfast was gorgeous.
Convenient location close to harbour, town, restaurants, cafes and Penlee Manor art gallery and museum. Only 15 minute walk to Newlyn.

Great guest house and fab breakfast

We recently booked a 4 night stay and wasn’t disappointed. The rooms are a perfect size, clean,  with comfortable beds. The choice and quality of food on offer for breakfast was also superb. The owners are very helpful and approachable, and clearly take pride in their guest house. The guest house itself is kept clean and tidy, and is ideally situated for many local amenities, with a 10 minute walk to a local high street, with different restaurants and coffee shops etc. Check in/out was a simple process. For the price, we were very pleased with our booking. All in all, a 10/10 from us and we’ll definitely book here again. Thankyou for a lovely stay!

Excellent

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pendennis Guest House.  Rooms are lovely, clean and very comfortable bed.  Breakfast menu is outstanding and the hosts Richard and Sarah made us feel very welcome and were very helpful with local places to visit.  We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect stay

Very lovely.  Friendly, spotlessly clean, comfortable and a fabulous breakfast with excellent choice.   Great attention to detail.  Everything you could hope for in a Guest House.  If I ever go to Penzance again, this is where I will stay.  

The pendenis is in a Brilliant location ,in close proximity to all amenities.  The prom is a short stroll away . The rooms are comfortable, with everything you need . The tea and coffee  making facilities in the room are replaced daily,and extra milk if needed can be replaced in the dining room . The breakfast was exceptional.  Lots of choice and all delicious. Richard and Sarah are so friendly and are lovely hosts. We will definitely be returning next year .

Excellent guesthouse

We were recommended by a couple we bumped into in a pub in Penzance earlier this year. We went by their recommendation and all was as expected, clean, good breakfast, nice room and comfy beds. Nothing more one ask for really. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Everything we expected

Lovely friendly owners, room bright, clean well furnished and everything you could need in it.
Breakfast was really good and so much choice, will definitely be back.
Weather was awful but we still had a good time exploring, the promenade has had a big upgrade and you can walk for miles
Public transport to more or less anywhere in Cornwall.

Lovely Guest House

Very comfortable and well run guest house. Our rooms had everything we needed, comfy beds, hot showers, small fridge in each and plenty of storage space. Amazing breakfast choices and everything freshly prepared to order. It's well positioned in Penzance and within easy walking distance of the town, the lido, the galleries and Newlyn, plenty of parking on Alexandra Road. Thank you Sarah and Richard for everything.
