An idyllic house situated in scone Scotland, if you are on a shopping trip or experiencing the beautiful country walks this is the perfect place to stay.steven and he's wife are two wonderful people and if there is anything you need or want to know they are very helpful and knowledgable 

A beautiful house

The house was warm, inviting and extremely well presented. The owners have thought of everything from a designated area for shoes, to labels on the recycling bins. Very well equipped and the cleanliness was impeccable. We all enjoyed our stay, it would have been easy to stay much longer in such nice accommodation. 

Exceptional standard of accommodation

Great welcome by the owners. Felt right at home. House is clean and comfortable with a beautiful garden. Would say to anyone thinking about booking to book. We very much enjoyed our stay. Perfect location for our weekends plans to Perth, Methven and Crieff.

Perfect house in a perfect location

Stayed here with a friend for one week. The house is immaculate, comfortable and for the first time over many experiences of self catering accomodation everything yes everything works. Other reviewers comment about luxury. For me luxury is finding everything you have at home and this was percectly the case.  The owner is friendly and accomodating. We will surely return.

Loved our time in a scone. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely accommodation for the family with two bedrooms and a spacious lounge room. Could have down with a dryer but otherwise ideal for our 10 night stay.

Nice average standard home. Nice kitchen but lacking a few basics that I would have expected, considering this is marketed as luxury accommodation, Ie laundry fluid even a basic brand would have been nice, a guest bar of soap for shower or some mini toiletries would have been nice. (Usually included in any luxury accommodation), comfortable living room, a bit old fashioned with all the ornaments, and I think every window had holes in ceiling where previous blinds had been (not exactly luxury finish) medium size tv in living room and no tv in bedroom, then there were the notices on various walls ie don’t overuse heating, don’t move mirror in bedroom, vacate garden by 1130pm etc etc etc (I have never experienced this pedantic attitude in any accommodation I have had the pleasure of paying for) perhaps the owner has had a bad experience with tenants in the past, I’m sorry for sounding negative, but we were disappointed with the fact it was marketed as luxury when it was average, and this is my personal opinion based on accommodation I have stayed in over the years and I can only give an honest opinion based on my stay here.
