Spotlessly clean room, lovey comfy bed, fantastic breakfast and wonderful hosts. Great value for the money, fantastic location with only a short walk to Perth. Will return again. Many thanks again for the great hospitality.  Can recommend 100%.

Great friendly B&B

Highly recommend this guest house. Clean, comfortable and lovely friendly owner. Parking out the front and a short walk to town. Fabulous breakfast and lots of personal touches like the home made scones and help yourself to chocolates on the front table.
We will be back! 

Excellent!

Single night stay allowing us to be in Perth earlyish the next day. I can recommend this guest house very highly. The accommodation is spotless and the bed was really comfortable. Very welcoming host who served up a delicious sizeable breakfast. What was also very nice was some extra little touches added in. The nightly rate was very good especially given the the hearty breakfast provided. There is parking at the Guest house but best to secure a spot when booking. From the guest house to some nice restaurants in the centre of Perth is an easy 10 to 15 minute walk over the Tay.

Nice guest house at a very reasonable price

We chose the Adam Based on the Reviews From the past travellers , I've got to  admit it was everything it was reviewed as and more .. From the cleanliness to the food the Adam was faultless ...  Once booked I was contacted By the owners to introduce themselves and to reserve a parking space for our stay ... On arrival we were met by the owner and done some paper work . once shown to the room we quickly seen how clean and tidy it was  ... There was plenty Tea and Coffee in the room And some treats and sweets ....  I will defiantly return to the Adam And cannot Recommend it highly enough ,  Big Thanks goes to the Owners for there attention to detail and giving a great service to there customers .... Thanks again ... Colin and Sandra Ballantyne ...

Excellent And Would Highly Recommend

We stayed for one night as we were in Perth for a wedding. The room is comfortable and clean the breakfast is great and the host very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommended this guest house.

What a great bed and breakfast so clean and comfy fabulous breakfast great choice I E smoked salmon and scrambled eggs delicious fifteen minute walk into the town for two seventy six year olds so should be shorter for younger ones

Great place

Stayed here for 2 nights and was really happy! It is the perfect location with easy access to places such as Scone Palace. Rooms are cleaned daily and there is a variety of food available for breakfast. Stewart is really friendly and provides a high standard of service. There is hand sanitizer provided throughout the guest house, we felt really safe staying there during COVID! Would definitely recommend Adam Guesthouse to anyone travelling to Perth!!!

Booked in for only one night as a single occupant through Booking.com based on the cost and reviews.  I found the place to be an exceptional B&B. Was met at the door and shown to my double room with en-suite toilet and shower room. All was very well presented. Spotlessly clean throughout, was warm and a good size for two occupants, with a choice of  beverages and a kettle. A plan of the town was available with recommended restaurants for eating out. It was just a short 10-15 minute walk to the town.
This is not a big guest house so the friendly, personal touch was most in evidence. Most of the rooms were via stairs but one was on the ground floor. There was free parking for a small number of vehicles in the front of the property.
So a parking reservation on booking is recommended.
Breakfast was exceptional. There was a very good choice ranging from cerial, fruit, yoghurts and continental or full Scottish cooked breakfast.  
I couldn't fault this guest house ands comes highly recommended. I would certainly book this again when I am in the area.

Just booked in my room is absolutely spotless and everything you need lots of nice chocolate to lol looking forward to my breakfast lovely toiletries to use and fluffy white towels on a heated rail over the moon with my room

Fantastic Guest House

Excellent place to stay, not a spot of dust anywhere. The hospitality was sublime and breakfast was different class. 10/10

(Although too easy to eat all the chocolates left out for guests 😬)
