Thank you Huntingtower hotel for a great stay, the hotel is very nice, food was great, staff were very friendly and all at a very affordable price!

Very nice stay

Fantastic stay in an amazing setting. Lovely spacious rooms. The decor of the hotel adds to the relaxing atmosphere. Enjoyable breakfast and nice to have a vegetarian option. Beautiful river walk. We went on a break from the kids and cannot fault anything. 

Wonderful relaxing time

Stayed at the Clunie this weekend for the Rewind Festival with my friend. We had a lovely breakfast, the owners are friendly and helpful. The area was quiet and within easy walking distance to the center. I would definately stay again!

Lovely family run b&b

I recently stayed here with my partner as just a local night away, just for a change. 
The owners of clunie guest house approached us with such a lovely manner. They are well presented which is good because I find it's nice that if they can look after themself I know the place is going to be well looked after. The lady of the house has lovely hair! ( I'm a hairdresser ) 
Check in was easy enough and off to our room! Just as I thought! Room was lovely and well looked after. You can tell they enjoy owning a b&b. Good facility's and if we needed anything they were more than helpful to get it for us. 
The breakfast in the morning.... Brilliant!! I love a cooked breakfast and it was spot on! Your husband is a very lucky man! ;-) 
It was an enjoying experience and I would recommend anyone to go here!

Lovely owns and great accommodation! 

My visit to Scotland was for 9 days where I spent 5 nights in the Clunie Guest house in Perth. Service was excellent with a beautiful friendly atmosphere. All rooms have their own toilet and shower, which made it more comfortable. WiFi is for free and connection was available most of the time. Thanks to the owners for the great time I had in their place.

Very welcoming,very friendly host a rich breakfast plenty of choice a 15 min walking distance from the Center with delicious restaurant and pubs ,nice quiet rooms and no noise of the busy street only the 2 front room have a bit of nuisance but reception and conviviality of the owners makes everything good,We would go back to the Clunie if we go back to Scotland

Was impressed by the cleanliness throughout the property, the lady doing the cleaning(not sure if she was the owner) was very pleasant and obviously works hard to keep the property in good condition. Bedroom was nice and warm, hairdryer and hospitality tray were provided. The en-suite although very small was adequate with toiletries provided, shower was a bit hit and miss though.

Breakfast was nice and cooked to order, although we did have to order in advance for the two days we stayed. The owner did ask if we wanted to change the second days order when he noticed we didn't like the sausage we had ordered on day one.

Overall the property is nice and convenient for the town. Unfortunately we won't be returning only because of the attitude of the male owner. I am amazed that previous reviewers have said how friendly he was as this was not our experience.

After a four and half hour drive in horrendous weather conditions, we arrived forty minutes after our estimated arrival time. The owner, rather than enquire about our journey, berated us for arriving late, he said he thought we were not going to arrive and had already tried calling us (another fault as I had left our home number as a contact, sorry I though the contact was for any problem about our booking prior to leaving home, not that I had to be in 24 hour touch with him). We were then handed menus to pick breakfast for our two day stay, all this before we had even set our bags down and been shown our room. Not the most pleasant welcome after a long drive. Roadworks and heavy rain did delay us but I assumed when I booked 10 days ahead of our stay, that the estimated time of arrival, meant just that and forty minutes outwith this time was not excessive. 

Think he needs to chill out a bit, as he seemed to be hovering about to swipe the breakfast plates etc as soon as you had put your knife and fork down, didn't make for a relaxing breakfast experience. Finally, he asked us if we wanted to pay just as we were leaving the breakfast room, rather than waiting until we were ready to check out. Sorry but overall his attitude ruined what could have been a lovely stay in a really nice house.
