Beautiful spacious apartment. Went for my son’s 30th birthday celebrations.
Everything was to a high standard and every thing you may need is there for you. 

Staff were very helpful ensuring your stay was enjoyable.

Also a great location being very central to Perth.

Would definitely return.

Family Weekend Trip

I stayed in the Rose apartment this weekend past (14th to 17th July) for our wedding.
My bridesmaids and I stayed on the Friday night before the wedding and my husband (!) and I on the Saturday and Sunday. 
The apartment is absolutely stunning, 3 beautiful bedrooms, a large sitting room with a great view over the North Inch and a lovely kitchen. Everything was absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated and appointed, the attention to detail was second to none. 
It was great to have allocated parking and there was plenty of space in the apartment for all of us to get ready, my parents and flowergirls to join us and for the photographer too!  
On returning after the wedding it became the perfect place to relax and unwind after a brilliant day, peaceful and comfortable - we really enjoyed our stay.
My only feedback would be that we weren't aware of the approx 70ish steps up to the apartment, we managed and definitely got a wee workout, it was a bit tricky in a wedding dress and while we knew there were stairs only there was no indication as to quite how many! Don't let this put you off though, it is definitely worth it, the best apartment we have ever stayed in and will be highly recommending. Huge thank you to the super helpful staff too who went above and beyond. Fantastic place!

Stay for wedding and after

Having stayed at the apartments many times over the years, we were again not disappointed, this time staying in Ericht. There were a couple of very minor issues sorted by the management team straight away,  which should have been reported by previous occupants. Great location within a five minute walk of the city centre, with fabulous views of the North Inch. If you have children, go across the road onto the Inch turn left and a couple of minutes along is a great park for them, along with acres of space on the Inch itself.
Have said it before that if you have mobility issues, then these apartments are difficult to access. 44 steps to Ericht.
Will be back as they say.

Great family stay

We had two flats and both were beautiful. Beds comfortable, towels fluffy and bathrooms spotless. Plenty coffee pods for the coffee makers and lovely glasses for our drinks. We all are looking to come back with our own families.

Absolutely beautiful

Rose Apartment. Beautiful penthouse apartment. Recently stayed here for a festival and what a beautiful place to stay for long weekend. The apartment is tastefully decorated and lovely views out to park. 
The place is very well kitted out to nice touches of White Company toiletries, , sound speaker, coffee pods and plush towels.  Plus has a bottle of fizz and handmade tablet was a lovely touch!! 
All contact with company was quick and friendly and answered all queries. Would highly recommend but one down side it is at the top floor and would be difficult for anyone with mobility problems. If booking again would request apartment on a lower floor but hope to return in the future. Highly recommend.

Rose Apartment gorgeous

Yet another visit to Barrosa Apartment. Excellent management team support who resolved a minor issue in no time at all. Very comfortable accommodation in a great location. 

The only thing with the apartments is that if you have mobility issues you will struggle with the stairs accessesing the apartments.

Looking forward to a return visit next year.

Excellent accommodation in the City Centre.

Great accomodation for a family get together. Stylish and welcoming, tastefully decorated. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, living room has plenty seating for all guests. Great location for walks and shops. 

Family celebration

We stayed in the Rose apartment for three nights while we spent a couple of days exploring Scotland.  We weren’t sure what to expect, but the idea of not having to pack up daily plus being able to catch up on some laundry mid-trip made this a good choice.  It ended up being some of our most enjoyable nights of our trip.  The apartment was beautiful and absolutely spotless.  The three bedrooms made it very comfortable for all of us, and the beds were fabulous!  There is no AC in the apartment, but we opened the windows and had a lovely cross-breeze to keep us plenty cool, despite the time of year.   The location was really ideal for us as well.  It was about a block off of the main part of town, which kept it peaceful and quiet, but it was also close enough that we were able to walk to dinner every night.  
I mean every star of my 5-star review, but please do note that the Rose apartment was on the third floor of the building.  This came to a total of 69 stairs to get to the apartment, and there is no lift.  I had my young nephew with me to lug up my suitcase, but I can’t imagine if he hadn’t been there!  

Perfect base to explore Scotland!

Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and furnished, spacious appartment with views over a lovely park. Easy walking distance to Perth town Centre, swimming pool and cinema. 
Welcome hamper on arrival was a lovely touch. 
Would highly recommend and look forward to going back!

Fabulous stay in the Rose Appartment!

We were lucky enough to be part of the wedding party for a friends wedding.  The 3 apartments were all immaculate,  welcoming and very well appointed.
These apartments helped to make the whole weekend something very special
