Arrived to find a clean room. The hist couldn't do enough to help. There was off street parking for both motorcycles. They advised us on where to eat and booked table for us. The breakfast was outstanding. Loads of food if you asked for it. Would definitely use it again if I was in Perth area.

Great value, great breakfasts, clean rooms and great hosts. What's not to like. Recommended.

An excellent location just 5-10 minutes away from the city centre, with clean and comfortable rooms., and off street parking, I'd be glad to visit again. Also the cooked breakfast is excellent! :) :) :)

Great place to stay

If you are looking for somewhere cosy, comfortable and welcoming in Perth we highly recommend the Almond Villa Guest house. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were equipped with everything we needed including a very comfortable bed. The breakfast cooked for us was outstanding, the best we have had in scotland. Thanks Shona and Leslie.

Great guest house! Highly Recommend

I was in Perth for the Spartan Beast in September 2018. I arrived at Almond Villa Guest House late on a cold night to a really friendly and warm welcome by Shauna. My room was wonderful, so pretty, snug and comfortable. Good shower with plenty of hot water. There were also tea and coffee-making facilities (plus cookies!), and hot chocolate too. Breakfast was amazing - I absolutely loved the full Scottish, and Shauna was so helpful in accommodating my custom breakfast request on race day.

Being a muddy obstacle race, I returned to the room after the Spartan Beast none too clean, but Shauna was so understanding about the mud and dirt, and she was most kind in offering to get my things clean for me before I left the next day. I was sorry I had to leave so soon, and I will definitely stay here again if I visit Perth once more!

A home away from home

My sister and I stayed at Almond villa en route to Stirling and our only regret was that we couldn't stay another night. It far exceeded our expectations and we couldn't have wanted for more, Shauna is a wonderful host, extremely warm and friendly. Our room was perfect, comfy beds, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, yummy biscuits, real wine glasses not to mention a breakfast to die for. So much choice with fresh berries, water melon and home made granola included on the menu. It was the perfect stay, made all the more special by Shauna's warm welcome.

Almond Villa - the perfect guest house

The owner Shauna was so warm, friendly and helpful at check-in and breakfast (which was deliciously cooked). We stayed in a twin room which had very comfortable beds. The room was very quiet and we wish we could have stayed longer than only one night. It was a comfortable 10 minute walk to many dinner restaurants.

Very comfortable start to our ‘walk across Scotland’ trip. Lovely host, great homemade award-winning breakfast food and a very comfortable room. Can recommend the home-made granola, fruit compote and yoghurt. 

Great breakfast 

Two nights at this easy to find B&B just 10 minutes walk to the city center. Very good breakfast and a friendly proprietor. We were on a busy schedule out of Perth during the day so really enjoyed a very quiet good nights sleep in a great king size bed. Walked into Perth both nights to eat, particularly enjoyed The Jade Garden Chinese restaurant.
