Absolutely wonderful.  Lovely ambience. Excellent location and parking. Caring  staff and lovely views. We loved the whole ambience of the house. Breakfast excellent and the rooms are lovely. Really felt like home from home.  Wonderful conservatory which we would use if weather permitted. Would highly recommend and will certainly return. As retired hoteliers this is indeed praise for a wonderful stay.

Too short a break

Stayed here for two night's with my Mum. We had travelled up from Cumbria and hit traffic on the way which meant we didn't end up checking in until gone 5pm. However this did not seem to be a problem. We were welcomed by Rob who made us feel very at home and was super friendly and helpful. (Even when we had to disturb him to let us in after forgetting the door code) He showed us round the house and reccomended where we could get something to eat local. We arrived on the Tuesday and on the Wednesday we were travelling over to Aberdeen for a funeral which meant we had to leave at 7am. Again, this was no problem and we had cereals, juice and bread for toast left out for us the night before so we could help ourselves to some breakfast early before we left being as we were way too early for the regular breakfast time.

The staff were very friendly and the whole house had a homely feel to it. The conservatory was beautiful and very spacious, as was our room which had amazing views from the window. The gardens were also very nice and well kept. We had a wander in the evening and found the giant chess board which was really cool. Covoid precautions were very impressive. Hand sanitiser all around the house including tea and coffee station, breakfast buffet table, door entrances and also in the bedroom. There were also individual serving spoons assigned to each table for breakfast so that there was no cross contamination while serving cereals etc. Tables were also spaced and staff wore face coverings at all times. 

Breakfast was cooked nicely and pre ordered the night before. Lovely selection of yoghurts, fruits and cereals as well as the hot option. Couldn't fault any part of our stay and we were very appreciative of the staffs kindness given our reason for our visit. Will 100% be back!

Excellent visit

Came here for a night away as we were attending a concert in Pitlochry. You cannot fault the house as it is gorgeous and has a lovely lounge and sunroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our bedroom was nice but the shower was very underpowered. Also breakfast was slightly dissapointing as there was a set window (8.15-8.45) and the pancakes only came with one rasher of bacon.

Nice House

Rob was very welcoming and helped me store my bike securely and find a place to eat when the local had no space. All staff were friendly and breakfast was lovely. The views from the dining room are second to none.  My second stay at Bendarroch and won’t be my last!

Wonderful place in beautiful surroundings

Set in a beautiful leafy environment with a very short walk to the river & shops. I had a lovely corner room which was small but very comfy (super bed!). It was so peaceful & quiet. No TV or kettle in the room but there was aTV room & a kettle downstairs you could use to make a tea/coffee & take back to your room. Good variety for breakfast with cereals etc & cooked goodies available.  Would definitely come back for an overnight stay.

Absolutely disgusting.

CHILDREN  NOT  WANTED !!!

We really enjoy our stay here for 1 night, but wished we stayed here another night. The property has character, rooms were great size, full breakfast was tasty. And location  wise we couldnt ask for more with a chocolatier, pubs within walking distance and distilleries/ other towns close by. Thank you

Great place and location for relaxation

This is a quaint guest house in the Strathtay & Grandtully area. A nice old house full of antique furniture. Our room was en suite, large and bright. Everything is very clean, nothing is old and shabby.  My only negative  comment is the mattress in our room (room 2) is very soft and well used so it could do with being replaced with a new one.  The breakfast is good and the service friendly.

Somewhere different

Absolutely awesome guest house in a very quiet and secluded area.
So so nice inside with real traditional antique furniture and a real Highland feel to it.
Staff are excellent and caring.
Owned by a lovely couple and breakfast was good and fed me well.
The rooms are traditional and have no TV, which is fine bring a tablet or your phone, there is a good v room downstairs but again-not a big deal the place has decent WiFi.
The grounds are lovely and you can just get on with your day and enjoy your stay there is CCTV in the building so your safe,  there's a electric lock on the front door too which you need a code for so it's nice and secure.
Bed was F****** COMBFY wow haven't slept in a bed like that! 
Room was very clean every room is en suite and I can't wait to come back again in July.
Loved the place.

Great awesome 2 nights away

It's a great place to stay for a very nice night in a perfectly quiet place, a very chic style, a huge room, an excellent breakfast, served by a friendly young lady, and I took the special Bendarroch menu, and we are not sorry that we chose this B&B a short distance from Pitlochry, 15 to 20 minutes away.
