Stayed two nights for business, generally poor staff attitude, when you could find them.  Slow service in the restaurant and restricted choice of food and wine.
Will not be staying here again, Holes Bay is local and much better.

Having just spent the night at this hotel, I can honestly say that my our stay was very good. 

The reason for only 4 rating is that when we checked in there was no one at the checking in desk on our arrival and 2 of the checking in pods were not working, we tried checking in on the one that was and it was not accepting our booking.  Eventually. receptionist appeared and check us in.  

Have to say the room itself was really clean along with the bathroom, bed comfy and had a reasonable nights sleep.  

We didn't pre-book breakfast but decided to have the buffet and at 10.99 per head was exceptionally good value.  The buffet was fully stocked with hot and cold food and replenished frequently.  the breakfast items were of good quality and the staff were very accommodating. 

Had an enjoyable stay at the premier inn and if every in the area again I wouldn't hesitate to re book.

Very good experience

Can't fault the service more. Special mention to Mark he was on front desk when we checked in and was amazing and patient. Then was at the restaurant when we went for food and made such a fuss of my grandson. And then when having food brought my grandson a brownie and ice cream for his birthday (third) and made a huge fuss of him. Amazing experience and a true credit to you. Thank you Mark.

Amazing service

We visit here frequently and have never been disappointed. 
Good value for us as a family of three. Room is always clean and comfortable. 
Staff are great. 
Mark and Aron in particular go above and beyond and always work so hard! 
Mark remembers us on each visit and it’s great to see him chat not just to us but to our son as well. 

Breakfast is varied and plentiful, meals of an evening are a good standard too. 
No complaints from us. 

Would recommend staying here.

Great value, good location, excellent staff team

Room was clean, bed was comfortable.
Floor boards are ridiculously loud on all floors. Woken up multiple times. Breakfast was terrible, not enough staff at breakfast. we asked for a refund as there was no food or juice available!

Ok Hotel

We would recommend this hotel as the staff are friendly caring and very helpful 
Nothing seems to much trouble as I have dietary issues and they accommodate my needs ever time we visit which is quite often

I stayed here recently and have done before with not too many problems but this time was an exception. On check in found our room to be dirty, damp and smelly. Complained and reception put us in another room. This one the air con didn't work, the room was baking hot during our stay, the room was still dirty, curtains ripped, paint chips everywhere, air con buttons worn away, beds are not 'king size' as advertised, this is easily spotted as they do not fit in the spaces properly with gaps around the headboard and bedside tables. Curtains ripped, internet is terrible.  The restaurant is useless due to limited staff. There are not enough disabled spaces, those available were taken up by non blue badge holders. The car park always seems to be overrun with very large vans leaving limited parking for cars and resembles a travellers site. Smokers are allowed to loiter around the main entrance so there are cigarette butts all over the floor and smelt of smoke. Also the disabled rooms do not have walk in showers. Overall feeling of this hotel is that it is very run down, unkempt, dirty and very over priced

Very Poor

Went in to take advantage of kids eat free breakfast. Great food and the kids absolutely loved it. The staff were extremely friendly and really looked after the kids, making their first time in a hotel really special and memorable. Rob in particular went out of his way to chat with my 4 year old who wanted to find out more about hotels!

My elderly father extended his stay by 1 night but forgot to extend his parking pass .. got a ticket and premier inn refused to entertain a refund .. I tried to call several times and couldn't get through to a human .. very disappointing 

Poor customer service

Our room key card did not work, had to go back to reception to sort it out, after travelling all day due to delays. Then they said they didn't have our meal deal booking at the restaurant, even tho we had been given the confirmation slip to take to the restaurant. Then they had no tables available, by now we were starting to loose patience, and the attitude of the girl on the restaurant check in desk was poor. They certainly need to get their online bookings in order, and staff training needs looking at. The only good thing about staying here was the comfortable bed.
