Absolutely wonderful family holiday to Perrys bed & breakfast, 2nd time visiting & definitely will be returning! Elaine & Alan are fabulous hosts. Perfect accommodation, large palmed tree garden with swimming pool, hot tub plus bar. So many sights & places to visit on the doorstep & nothing at the b&b was too much trouble - only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! Thank you for the memories Perry’s 

A Piece of Heaven

What can I say about the Perrys bed and breakfast..  it’s the best place Iv ever stayed at..  not just me saying that. My wife and kids and my mum and dad too.  Plus the breakfast are 100 out of 100 every day as my daughter said.  Elaine and Alan are like family. They make you feel so welcome. And the kids love them so much.  Plus they made us a great meal one  night. Iv stayed they 3 times now. And I would stay they again and again when I’m down there. Don’t think they would be a better place to stay.  And is very clean and tidy. Plus the outside bar and seating area and swimming pool are great. Plus the kids love breezy the dog.

Lovely stay

Perry's bed and breakfast is one if not the most relaxing place my wife and I have ever stayed in we were there for a week and wished and prayed for the next guests would cancel so we could stay longer Elaine and Alan were like family by the time we left

Wonderful

Another excellent stay at the fabulous Perrys Bed & Breakfast. Elaine and Alan always make us feel so very welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. It’s a real home from home. My son is a huge fan of Elaine’s legendary breakfasts, as are we. We will definitely be back again soon!

Amazing stay once again

Third time I've stayed in this fabulous guest house & always greeted with a warm friendly welcome. Accommodation was immaculate, with nice walk in shower. Room had kettle,  hair dryer & TV. Owners were so down to earth & very approachable. Nice places on doorstep to walk & train station was 5 minute walk away so very accessible to get to major stations & tourist places. Will definitely be making another visit soon. Thank you

Third visit to this guest house

We had an excellent stay at this guest house . Every amenity was available in the spotless bedroom and the breakfast was better than 5 Starr hotels I have visited. Elaine and Allan are super friendly too. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Superb stay.

We stayed for the weekend with our 7 month old and had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Room was lovely and clean and our son slept well in the cot that was provided. Very handy having a kitchenette with the little one! He also loved the swing in the gorgeous garden. Breakfast was delivered to our door and was delicious. Would highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

Excellent value for money

We stayed in this lovely bed & breakfast what a gem it was.

We stayed in the flat a lovely beautiful clean room with a shower. A lounge area with all the mod cons I even managed to watch the Brighton game on tv. A kitchen area with fridge fresh milk provided d along with coffee & teabags.

Our breakfast was cooked fresh every morning and home made yoghurt was on the menu. Outstanding every morning.

Our hosts were amazing they could not do enough for us from having a barbie in the garden and giving us advise on where to go on our road trips. They booked us in to the restaurant’s.

Elaine & Alan were the top hosts I would highly recommend a visit to this little gem, thank you both.
