What a Great service . . . Very professional 
I was greeted by a charming young gentleman - JAMES. A really warm, positive welcome to the Hotel. 

During my stay, nothing was too much trouble, he got everything sorted. the whole experience was very professional and extremely efficient.  

I had the pleasure of Meeting AMY  and VIKTORIIA. Both extremely professional , and efficient and caring. 

What a great team you have there
The staff members genuinely care about your stay. 

It’s refreshing to see such vibrant and  motivated staff members.

Excellent ! great value for money ( January) clean room nice burger for my dinner and very helpful staff ten out of ten 15 minute walk to the quay easy free parking outside front door off hotelAsda right next door perfectly situated for my boat safari 

Great value for money

Took for ever to book in once we had actually found a car parking space .Room bath room not clean .Restaurant till not working and half the menu not available though the manager took the order and the went into complete Basil Fawlty .

Not happy with service .

A very rare example of good value for money.  Only one small detraction is the very limited amount of car parking available. Were there more then no doubt the costs would have been higher, swings & roundabouts 🤷‍♂️

On arrival I was given a room on the top floor. It was freezing cold (-2 outside) the window was wide open once closed a nasty fishy damp smell could be smelt . The tv remote had also been removed from the room (really irritating). Reception showed me a second room which was much better or so I though. I fancied a late hot drink so made myself a tea from the room only to find out the milk was off , never mind not the end of the world. After a few hours of sleep I was woken early hours by a local drunk who had gotten into the hotel just outside the ground floor rooms (my room) and he was screaming and shouting for around an hour. I checked out around 8:30am as I’d had enough. If you want peace and quite after a really stressful day this is not the hotel for you

Would definitely stay again, free parking, lovely breakfast, comfy beds and close to everything in Poole. A little noise from above rooms and from corridor but most people were conscious of this so kept the noise down which was appreciated. 

Reasonably priced hotel in a great location, comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely staff Molly and Jorja looked after us well Molly sorted out internet booking issues in house saved us staying somewhere else !! And Jorja was especially helpful when we called because of the internet issue looked forward to staying again thanks to these two

Ideal for a visit to Poole. Town centre within an easy walk. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Short drive to the ferry for the Channel Islands and France. We went for a long walk past Baiter Park which also had a cycle path alongside. Very relaxing.

Good short stay

Avoid at all costs! I’m not even sure what colour the carpet was meant to be it was so dirty! Chewing gum on the wall, marks on the pillows and soap scum in the bathroom! We asked for the room to be cleaned but no one did, we asked to be moved room and even the ‘newly refurbished’ room wasn’t much better, there was a new carpet but the cleanliness everywhere else was appalling! The lift areas hadn’t seen a hoover for our entire 3 day stay!

Disgustingly Dirty

Neither lift was working for 3 days but Reception itself was on First Floor. Our bathroom light switch broke on day 2 so we had to use a torch (no window, of course). They offered us a another room one floor further up - with the lift not working we declined. Rather shabby and poorly maintained.
