Albany Lodge is a great option of visiting Portrush. A fairly quick walk into the center of town, it’s a lovely home that offered me a big bedroom appointed with quality bed linens and furnishings. The proprietors were friendly and they hosted a lovely Irish breakfast customized to guests’ tastes.

Smashing B&B in the heart of portrush.

Lovely clean bedroom looking over the bay. The lodge was spotless and the host, Ben, was excellent. We had an issue with our car and Ben offered to drive out to Bushmills for us. Unbelievably nice, him and his wife. Would stay here again.

Only negative was the shower but we will be back visiting Ben and Portrush again.

Loved it.

Weekend in Portrush

Very comfortable, extremely clean accommodation with a great view in Portrush. Our host, Ben, was a wonderful conversationalist as well as as excellent breakfast chef. He provided very useful information about local activities. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great choice in Portrush

We had a lovely stay. Room was immaculate, and the bed was comfy, with the bonus of a side window sea view. Breakfast was so tasty and cooked to perfection. The hosts were super friendly and made our stay more homely. We will be back again and would definitely recommend 😊

Home from home 

Such a gem of a place!The owners are lovely,such warm and welcoming people.The room itself was spotless, warm,cosy tastefully designed and the attention to detail was visible in every aspect. The linen was pristine and smelled fab.We heard no noise from the other rooms or guests as this house is solid built and renovated.
You can truly tell the owners have put alot of love into restoring the building to its true glory, from amazing chandileers to grand drapes.
Breakfast was so tasty (we had the fry) but lots of variety for everyone to choose from. We will definitely be back again for hopefully many more years to come.

Had a lovely stay at the Albany Lodge while in Portrush for a friend’s birthday celebrations. The location was brilliant and our room was great with a fantastic view of the East Strand. But the best thing about Albany Lodge is that it is run by two of the loveliest people you’ll ever meet. Thank you Anna and Ben for the hospitality and the craic! (Paul and Stacey, Derry)

Perfect spot for a night in the Port!

Clean room, nice cooked breakfast. Cereal, toast, fruit and yoghurt also available. Central location. Lovely seaview from the 2nd floor. Few wee gripes - We would have liked the option of a slightly later check out and a couple of bottles of water in the mini fridge. Our room TV has to be the smallest room TV I've ever seen! The duvet and pillows were very thin. The shower water pressure was also disappointing and there's not much room to manoeuvre in the cubicle. Other than that, did the job for a one night stay. 

Pleasant one night stay with lovely seaview 

I would definitely recommend Albany Lodge!! It is run by the most lovely couple, who met me and my 5year old daughter Margo at the door. They made my daughter feel like a grown up guest including her in conversation asking her preference for breakfast. It was spotlessly clean with mini fridge containing water and glasses and toiletries in the en suite. The breakfast was delicious, Anna and Ben spoke with us the morning of are departure making sure we had a lovely time and Margo gave Anna a huge hug. We will definitely go back with all the family.

My partner and I have stayed here on quite a few weekends between last year and this year. Anna and Ben are excellent hosts and are very welcoming. 
Any rooms we have stayed in are decorated to a very high standard. The mini fridge has bottled water and a tea/coffee tray is also provided. 
The breakfast provided is excellent and Vonnie who serves the guests is very cheerful and makes you feel at ease. 
One of the best parts of Albany Lodge are the views from bedrooms facing the East Strand and Arcadia. The views are stunning on 2nd + 3rd floors. 
My partner and I are going this weekend Sat 25 June 22 and we hope to be staying again next month.
All in all we thoroughly enjoy our staycation at Albany Lodge.
