This is a very nice hotel located close to Portsmouth Harbour.  We travelled from France by car ferry and wanted a hotel not too far away to rest overnight.  This is an excellent hotel, very friendly and efficient staff, good room, plenty of car parking.  Despite being close to a main road, it was very quiet in our room  Meals were in the Beefeater pub next door.  Again very friendly and helpful staff, with good food for both dinner and breakfast.  Happy to recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel close to Portsmouth Harbour

 Very convenient for the ferry . Stopped here on our way to family after docking in Portsmouth from Spain. Clean warm room comfortable bed very helpful and friendly staff. We didn't arrive until late so the restaurant next door was closed but there are fast food outlets up the road . 

Great location for the ferry

You really can't grumble, I paid less than £60 for a comfortable stay.

The staff were really friendly and there is a Beefeater right next door for dinner and breakfast

Really comfy stay, great value for money

Again, another Premier Inn that does what it says on the tin. Fabulous value with a spotlessly clean room, very comfortable bed, tea/coffee facilities in room and cheerful, professional staff. Only about 5 mins from the Ferry port so was ideally located for us. The room was surprisingly quiet considering how close to the motorway it was. Will definitely be staying here again. 

Always excellent value

You know, pretty much, what you're going to get when you book a Premier Inn; and this was no exception.  I stayed one Friday night, for work, and was pleased with the value for money.  Premier Inns can be a little expensive for my liking, in which case I tend to use Travelodge, but this was priced competitively so it suited me just fine, as you usually get a bit more quality and a better standard of cleanliness than at a Travelodge.
There is a large free car park, but remember to log your registration at reception.  The room was clean and comfortable - a little bit worn in places, but nothing to moan about.  The air conditioning/heater fan was a bit noisy, so I switched that off overnight, but apart from that the hotel was quiet inside and out and I had a good night's sleep.
The shower was good, but it is over quite a high-sided bath, so if your mobility isn't the best you might struggle a bit.
The food offering is a Beefeater, right next door, but when I arrived (about 6.30pm) I was told there were no tables available until after 8 o'clock, so I actually went to the other Premier Inn, right across the road, and ate in their Thyme restaurant, which was fine.  I didn't have time for breakfast in the morning, so I can't comment on that.
All in all, a good stay, well priced on this occasion, and I would stay here again if in the area and the price remained competitive.

Perfect overnight stay and close to ferry port, supermarket and restaurants.  The room was equipped with everything you need, comfy and warm. Will def book again. Staff very helpful and check in was very easy and quick.

Have to ask for room to be cleaned and it was still not the cleanest when I arrived

Budget hotel for a reason 

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times as it is perfect for access to the ferry which brings us home. We always opt for this Premier as it has a bath not just a shower. The Beefeater next door always provides a sensible menu at reasonable prices and very friendly service.

Overall an OK experience, great customer service, room cleanliness was good, and how its expected (I've stayed in several Premier Inns). 
Bad points: our room had a broken floorboard going into bathroom where the floor dipped a bit. There was a bit of mould in the corner that looked like they had tried to treat/cover. The Air con was loud, but settled if you wanted  it colder. 
Breakfast - the self serve hot food was cold, and it was only 7 55. The Pub was cold, wasn't given option of porridge. Didn't eat much, waste of money sadly
Would I return to Premier Inn? Yes, but definitely not this one. My 1st disappointed Premier Inn stay. 

Needs a do up, and breakfast is a no go!

We were pleased that we could get an accessible room at this hotel, but the bath is not suitable or user friendly  for some disabled people  who need a low level walk-in shower. The room is on the ground floor & ok, but the noise from the room above kept us awake as there seems to be no sound proofing between floors
