Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that some apartments are only accessible by stairs. Please note that there is no reception or luggage storage at this property. Guests must be aged 21 years or over, except children accompanied by a parent. Government issued photo ID is required from all guests once the booking is confirmed. Guests must complete an online check in form before arrival at the property. There is no parking on site. Please note that guests showing symptoms of covid-19 must not travel to these apartments. In addition, guests who develop symptoms of covid-19 during their stay must return home immediately and follow Government guidelines. Guests may not self-isolate at the apartments.
